Feedback Farmerama - Game and Features

I know pheonixboy, lol this is not my first rodeo .
I'm well aware the next 2 events are not reliant on each other... which actually makes it worse IMO, because we have to choose where our limited amount of event crops will need to go to better serve our farms. Do the math for the total crops needed for the amounts of the 2 different mill items that we'll need to grow in ONLY 5 days to accomplish much in either or both events (events used to be 6 days, regularly... BP cut us back to 5)

I did not gripe about drops, my gripe is the massive event crop totals we'll need want to grow on ONLY 3 fields for 2 separate events, in only 5 days

I 2nd that cannieannie. I'm really glad some extra perks have been added (or re-added) to make the Premium Package a better, more appealing deal.

 

This request goes on since so many years already. Unfortunately, BP didn't do anything about that

 

I did not mistakenly upgrade my Duck Dwelling givers incorrectly, but I feel the need to say something on behalf of all the other farmers who accidently did make this mistake...

As I stated over in the Bunny Love feedback thread a simple warning in the FAQ could have prevented a lot of farmers from missing out on the Bunny Love cloud row rewards.

We always get a warning about over donating items for events, and considering the loss that this one little upgrade mistake costs farmers, there really should have been some kind of warning in the FAQ advising all of us to make sure we only upgrade one Duck Dwelling. IMO, it's very unfair and is horrible customer service that support will not help farmers out by stripping the upgrades off the Duck Dwelling givers so that farmers can correctly place them on the cloud rows (and upgrade only one). They will now miss out on VERY large amounts of EP from the cloud rows every day for the life of their farms. Why punish your farmers like this BP?

Comic Library - I understand that Farmerama/Bigpoint needs to clean up to port stuff over - but I used the Comic Library for harvester machinery

 

Yet another example of BP taking more than they give.

 

Just a few days ago I remembered Comics and was looking for it, but couldn't find it. Still haven't found it. Thought it was in Farmhouse, but it's not there. Where is it?

Regarding game porting I'm a bit concerned if my antiquity laptop will be able to work with the new platform or if I'll have to stop playing till I get a new one.

I personally do not believe there should be a need for deluxe pheromones. We used to get pretty good skips from breeding. Why should we have to grow/mill/produce something in the game to get what we once had? As it is, the deluxe did nothing to change the results anyway. (I didn't even try them seeing the results of others and knowing what you-BP- would do anyway.

I'm sure you won't listen but the other element of it that irks me is the fact they need to be milled. We have so much that needs to be milled now, and you don't listen to that, by adding more milling just adds to the cluster it already is.

Throw the %&*# deluxe pheromones out and just make the breeding results even 10% better than what they have been the last year or two and we would all be much happier.

I like this game and have played for many years now, but it is these decisions that frustrate me more to wondering on my purpose for this game. I KNOW I could be spending my time differently and the less you listen to your users, the more I want to go away. Will this make and break me to this game? Most like likely not. But it is one more camel to breaking the back.

 

Stop overlapping events that have their own separate drops to send .
It's completely unfair to make us choose which drop to send, and possibly waste a resource that could make or break a fellow farmers goal by a drop or 2. Sometimes we don't have time to IGM every friend and neighbor we send drops to and find out which drop they need most, or they do not have time to read all their IGMs in time because we live on opposite side of the globe. This is not our fault, but it is BP's fault for setting up overlapping events that have different drops we can send.

Come on BP, happy farmers are more willing to spend money on the game than unhappy farmers are, get a clue .

 

The game has become too complicated. Since we are playing for a long time, we manage to sail with it. New trees, animals are introduced every month and within few months they become out dated and are not needed. Moving from one field to another is also becoming tiresome. Also they are lots of preliminary thing to do before you start farming like pets, clouds, crates, spins, buffs etc., That's tiresome and time consuming. Something should be done to simplify the game. Otherwise it will loose its charm and become unplayable.

Comic library was a good feature. I agree crates, farm coins, star coins give us some coupons, PFs, SGs etc., But comic library was a reliable feature from which you can get farm machinery for a short time. Even in comic library getting 3hrs machinery was not a easy one. We gave our hard earned crops, animals, tree fruits & CCs to get it. Farm Machinery is now very important because new field area are being constantly introduced and now manual farming is something short of impossible. Something replacement for comic library should be done, otherwise the game will loose many players.

 

I got two crates of countrycoins from a Fsq, and I received 110 coins from them together. Isn't that just a tad bit a little ridiculous? I understand no big reward is exactly guaranteed, but this just left me with a general prejudice against crate-giving projects.

 

I haven't posted here in awhile so I will make a post now. I am another one who will miss the comic library. With all the timed quests we have. I just do not understand how a timed comic will make it hard to program into the new system. But no matter. I do hope that BP plans to return it. Or other means of us getting our machinery. Also the 1x2 giver it used to give us for our cloud rows.

I mentioned before ways we could mill a BB. Where BP would not lose sales. Maybe gain who knows. But now it seems as we need to mill coupons for the harvester instead, if the comic library does not come back.

I am also another farmer who does NOT like back to back (day after day)and overlapping events when you,BP don't give us extra time to farm... BP what game is this???? I thought I was on a farming game...we need more time for events so that we can finish it and farm NORMAL till next event...Speaking of event lets talk about 2 different drops needed.. Has been said many times we don't like this idea.. HINT, BP we do NOT like it... you KEEP doing it... People are leaving...Get the PICTURE??? I said it before and will again... CHANGE the PROGRAMMING so that we can send ALL event drops as ONE GIFT.. Or better yet... SAVE yourself time and not figure in a program code for that and just DON'T Have 2 events that require DROPS at the same time..

There is more I want to add but will make another post later.

 

Another set of overlapping events, with their own separate drops to send, so players must choose/guess which to send . It's beyond clear that you do not listen to us/read our feedback!!!

Whoever decided to dink around with the drop rate and throttle it down to the poverty level rate it's at now needs to put it back the way it WAS, and then turn in their resignation .

Time to start listening to your EN farmers BP... or is our money and patronage just not good enough any more??? You are slowly but surely digging yourselves into the deep dark profitless hole of having an expensive game to play, but nobody paying to play it because WE are looking elsewhere for a better way to spend our hard earned dollars.

Wake up BP, you are seriously BUZZKILLING this game for a very large number of loyal and longtime farmers. Stop punishing us for riding it out with you

 

I would like to thank the game developers for all that they do. I love the fact that there is always something to be done on the farm, and that I get to choose what I do. Because of the game's flexibility, if I find an event appealing, I can go for it. If it doesn't seem doable I can pull back and work on stocking my barn, completing FSQs or achieving my myriad personal farm goals as I wait for the next event to be announced. In reading forum comments, it is evident that many farmers who have been playing this game for a long while find the current iteration of Farmerama overwhelming and frustrating at times. I have been farming for only about about 16 months. I appreciate and look forward to all of the choices that the game developers provide. I, for one, hope that will not change.

Do you mean the Darklight Firefly MM equivalent, if so can get from Jacks Shop or through FM Quests, either that or wait until gift and trade event and try to trade for one, hope that is of help

 

Can the Pottery workshop be highlighted in Red like other Red level workshops? It says it in the description, but when placed on the field, it just looks tan.
