Well, looks straight forward enough, but my initial reaction is that it relies heavily on drop items, so hoping that drop rate is GOOD BP, will be planting for high opening drop and see where it goes , also though they have from level 3, can certainly see that a lot off more junior farmers will have trouble with the Baha side unless they have secret supply of GB to open all the statues :)))) Good luck everyone, shall watch and respond as event goes on .....

BP please can you re assign Baha side of this event. To have sugercane near the end of the steps we have to do is not the best idea especially that you have Fox Head at step 40. Lower level farmers have no chance of having Fox Head open. They may not even have some of the trees open.
At level 293 Ive not got most items open.
This to me is a bad idea BP, others will disagree.. thats fine, but lets give most farmers a chance. Even if everyone completes the main side most wont get the CR as wont get too far on Baha side with the way the requirements are set.

That is my initial reaction to this event hopefully rest of event will be trouble free

I have to agree that the Baha side of the event is going to severely limit who can take part in this. I'm at level 292 on Baha and I'm nowhere close to having Fox Head open; I haven't even bothered checking the rest of the Baha requirements as that alone means I can't finish the event or even get the cloud row. The only way most farmers will be able to finish is if you revamp the Baha requirements or allow us to buy items we don't have opened yet in the market. Even that last option runs the risk of being too expensive.

I agree about the Baha side as well. My problem is the Moringas. I haven't opened the trees yet, don't have enough golden bananas to do so. It appears that you can't even by them in the market. There is no space for anyone to even sell them.

The space will appear when you open the Moringa.

I agree the Baha side will not happen for alot of people. I myself need to open 3 to finish the event so alas no cloud row for me :( but a bunch of goodie along the way :)

well based on the feedback already, I will pass on this event as I do not have all of the trees/crops on the Baha side open and I am at level 295, used my bananas to open third field and still working on that, last bananas used to open needed tree for Giraffe feed. Time to do normal farming to stock up the barn after recycle empty.

UPDATE: Well I did plant the 2 event crops and am in leisure mode on this and as expected- stopped not by lack of crops but LACK OF DROPS! and based on people who posted later on this thread- I do not have some of the needed crops open in Baha fields- sigh :(

Thanks again BP now I have to decide which gift I give to my neighbours as you give us 2 drop items. Come on BP we have been asking to be able to donate multiple drops that are associated with an event

:eek:I was gone 2 days to pick up some furbabies out of state, and come home to lots of un-used batteries, with no idea what was going on, so no way am I not going to get in on as much of this event as possible...;)which may only be a minute, lol, but the flowers are so pretty I cannot help myself.

I too believe you should have rethought the baha side maybe used a lower crop than the fox head I'm level 344 I have it opened on this farm but don't have and cant open fox head on my other farms :( so I will only be able to make it to leve40 on baha side I will be able to do all of mainland side since I have everything needed but GBs are hard to come by :( please rethink it

i dont think it has really been thought through about how many players will have the Baha items open to complete certain levels. I am level 350 on Baha and still dont have the fox head plant! i dont mind growing heaps of stuff but when you cant buy what you need it is frustrating. hhhmmmnnnn ANOTHER cloud row, good tropical EP on offer I grant you but have BP really thought about what its like to face harvesting over 150 rows before even starting the main part of the game? oh yawn! Lovely to have but they offer more and more with each new event. Allowing for new players coming in where does that leave us oldies? with 300-400 rows to harvest? surely not! recently I have either not been doing events or just not doing the final stage so I dont get yet another row but would like to know their long term view on cloud rows other than not partaking in events!

I started the event without thoroughly reading - so disappointing to be at level 310 and not have a shot at the cloud row.

From my opening comments on this event, can see come to fruition, heavy on the drops demands and nightmare for those trying to do Baha side, but they did leave the escape clause, can buy with BB to complete a stage if you don't have access to !!!!! Not sure what BB price for each stage is, but knowing BP, won't be cheap !!!! Become a money grabber rather than a game !!! Personally can complete all stages, but still struggling with drop levels, guess they will expect me to pay for those needed to complete in shop towards end off event !! Sorry BP, made a TOTAL HASH off what could have been a great event for everyone ...............

As a side note to the above, only reason why have all off Baha Monkey Temple open, was had a BRILLIANT Carnival event last year and won 100's off GB , thought that was strange they were being so generous, hence reflected on this year's Carnival with paltry prizes, guess I caught them on a GOOD Year :)

Very disappointing event on so many levels. Drop rate is much too low, especially snowflakes. now that it's needed, can't mill drops. I'm in good shape with Baha side, but really feel forplayers that do not have access to much that is needed. why make an event available to lower levels when so much is needed that is not available?! Hopefully BP will take another look and fix problems.

I enjoy this event. I see a lot of negative comments, and tho I can understand them, I don't always agree. Yes there was limitations especially on the Bahama side that required a lot of statues to be unlocked. But the step prizes are good. If I was struggling doing all, I'd take what I could and use the events as a motivation to unlock those statues. Most of my bananas comes from the quests and previous events. For me High level => easy to complete events isn't necessary true.

In order to finish an event the most crucial element is time. Then you need certain basic elements CAC, maxed trophies, overnight crop, open land and some SG to get the ball rolling.

The drop rate isn't good, but we don't need as much as when the drop rate is better. So that time-left/drop-left ratio for me feels the same.

I think this is a good event, for both lower level players, high level players, player with less time and players with (too) much time to play. Not everybody can get everything, but as long as that's not a crucial part of the game, I don't see that to be a huge problem. So far both the snail and the lion hasn't been needed on my farm, pretty sure I'll be fine without them for a long time.

Thankyou to the graphics team for putting extra effort into the riot of effervescent colour

I think the baha side is poorly planned. Even as level 297 tropical I won't be able to finish it due to insufficient GB. I think it's absurd that this event is not achievable for your average player. >:(

The graphics and structure are great, as most events are. I really like the part of donating a little bit of a lot of different things, although the Fox Head plant is prohibitive to far too many players. Seems a bit obvious its there to get BB's.

This could have been a really good event - but it got messed up by the horrible drop rate. Both this farm, Level 94, and its parent Level 117 farm that has everything needed, are not going to be able to finish due to this factor.

Both farms have more than enough flowers to finish and have leftovers. Both farms are now growing roses for better drops. Both farms started at the very beginning of the event.
And both farms are being stopped in our tracks by this way-too-low drop rate!!-.- Milling one or two (rarely ever 3) SF's per Harvest(!) is sooo wrong, BP, that it actually makes me agree in principle with madbs64 above.

What could possibly be the reason for such Unreasonable conditions? Obviously you've had enough experience to be able to get the ratios right....soooo...yep - Imho, madbs64 just may have it right. Fork over your $$.
Sorry, but it just makes me mad - and very disappointed to have an event that should be so much fun, ruined by something like a low drop rate that could-have-been immediately corrected when it became obvious to so many players. Most of us play to relax and have fun - not to be stressed by 'pay or don't play' events....especially when the game is promoted as f-r-e-e.

So, Event graphics and structure - thumbs up!:) Greed - thumbs d-o-w-n!-.-
