Level 25 on the left and level 69 on the right waiting on dewdrops to finish the right side first.

 

Anyone have any luck with the drops? (I know...this is a stupid question!) I'm trying workshops and turnips, it's giving around 60 ish...not very good considering it chews up over half a day. I see others with drops in the 40's and 50's with shorter crops. Send your input...

Baha is really straggling for me. I had to open up those crops (and the two before it in order) just to get Chayote and Papyrus, those drops are insulting. I considered using the bbs to open a couple until I looked at the cost (I fainted)

 

saturnia - I too am struggling with drops. I am using roses at the moment for Main fields. I exhausted my SG on nuking carnations with buffs for drops.

On baha - I am currently growing some foxheads on one field to see how they will do. I just opened them up.
Several of the crops I use for good drops take too long for this late in the event. Wish we could do some refinements on baha crops
Bitter ginger and Prickly Pear used to be my go to drop crops. I have opened up the cactus and Saguara since and they produce good drops. I have noticed if I plant two fields of the same plant - I will get less on one of fields. Seen it happen across several events.

 

So close to finishing I hope to be done by end of today. I have the CR and I'm at 69 right and 67 left so just more drops needed to finish.

Saturinia22 not sure what you have opened on Baha but I've been getting good results using the tiki timer (thanks to spotsbox) for Chayote and Habenero as a long crop during the day and Honeydew for the longer overnight.

I'm struggling with the snowflakes and have been using rosehips for the overnight and planting long term crops in the 10 to 13 hour bracket using whatever buffs I have to lower the grow time. Yesterday for example I had the flower CR going and was planting lilies, winter jasmine and daffodils with the rose hip overnight. I got drops in ranging in the 30's up to the 50's with that combo.

The Chyote and all bahas vegs coast 5 bb the tree fruit is also 5 bb but any thing to do with drops will make you faint

 

To clarify, are we able to buy with BBs any of the baha tree fruit or crops we don't currently have unlocked? Perhaps I'm reading some posts wrong. But I thought we had to have the crops or trees unlocked in order to purchase them in the market or is that just with CCs? I bought some extra BBs recently so I'm hoping it's true if we can use them to bypass opening items we don't have unlocked yet in baha. It's ok if someone bursts my bubble lol. Need to know. I just finished mainland side and now starting on baha side to see how far I can get. The race is on.

 

in the event itself you can use BBs to get past what you don't have like on one of my farms I don't have fox head so I just used 5 BBs to get past step 40 0n the baha side you cant use BBs to buy crops or trees if you don't have them open in the temple hope this clarifies it better good luck

 

I'm also in the final stages of this and waiting on drops, except I miscalculated the event crop for Baha and I'm having to grow another 1000 carnations. I should still be Ok to finish just have to wait it out and hope for the drops.

 

There are a few buffs that works on Bahama
Magic potions -4% on "other" crop
Healing ointments -4% on "vegetables" crop
Essence of wisdom -6% on "vegetables" crop
Vial of growth -10% on trees
And the party Magic ticket row 2 reduces the time on flowers (-10%) But you may not have that one

@littletinybit You could still take advantage of the spa mixer before they remove it. But its a gamble to take

 

hopefully after I harvest my long crops on all fields I should be done tomorrow I am happy cause I don't usually finish all 75 steps on each side in these kinds of events

 

Finished the left side yesterday I had planted spinach in 2 fields and they gave me more than enough to finish. Congrats to all who have finished or achieved their goals and to the rest, don't give up!! You still have time!!

As someone else said - this game is a marathon. I will get there.

I did manage to get some decent drops over night. Not enough to finish but enough to make a couple SF. I used BB for a couple of steps on the Baha items I didn't have open. *Shock* It was a reasonable price. The BB for SF is not.
On Step 61. If the baha drops are with me - Then I might finish this one and get the Lion. I have bitter ginger planted for harvesting tonight.

 

Finished here and AmySue52 and put those lively Lions and slippery Snails out on the fields.

My FOCD would not let me give up when I reached the foxhead and pitomba ones. I did have 98 GB so opened foxhead and got GBs back but was down to 23 GBs not enough to open pitomba. So what did I do? I went and did trampled under foot quest- not enough peanut butter so I go to the market and spend 6 million cc's to get enough peanut butter to get enough GB's so I can open the pitomba statue. Now down to one lonely GB.

 

I need 240 Snowflakes to complete the left side. Not possible...

 

I got my lion pen and the cloud row. At level 51 on left side wait on crops to get more snowflake to keep moving up hopeful I will get that snail too.

 

Sorry if this has been covered already but can't find it. We do have to complete all 75 tasks on right side (baha side) in order to get the CR, correct? Just want to make sure. (I already completed left mainland side of course.)

 

Surprisingly I managed to gather enough GB to finish right side. All done with this event so now I'm going to sit back, relax and watch the flowers blossom
