EDIT: Question...."German OA says Robot Event will be extended till SUNDAY"....But If "seeds cannot be sown after 4:00 today", how will we keep harvesting what we cannot sow, until Sunday???

I too thought this event started at 2 pm CEST, so started to harvest only to not see any seeds. I was at work, playing on puffin, kept checking, refreshing, no news about it being delayed - getting worked up (not like me, but it wasn't the best of days) only to realise it was all me not reading properly (again)

Oh well I'm ready NOW!

Drops seem to be falling at a decent rate, (for now) from all 6 fields.
The event crops are majestically gorgeous!

 

It has a secondary slang meaning in uk-English, but never mind that. You're going to be edited again, and now I know it wasn't anything half as bad as I thought it was

The crop is beautiful, and my initial drop count was 412 - 434 being a daily average. Yup, pleased.

My drops were 466 on this farm. Still waiting on Saguaro's and manufactories/menageries on Baha to be ready to harvest over on my other farm in a lil bit.

 

Here I thought I was doing well at 330.

 

330 is not bad, and I bet by now you have hit the daily average, right baw??

 

I'm close, 406. I am now planted on 1x1's on all fields but CF. I have rare animal stables on it since I only have 2 sections open. The drop rate seems fairly generous. I'm not holding my breath though.

 

Ho hum... watching paint dry over here while I grow an entire full farm of event crops before I prep the mainland fields for THE OTHER EVENT. *Cough!*

I ripped EVERYTHING UP for a full monty of 1x1s. Geeze, I need a really good EOCD therapist!!! Hook me up you guys

 

I don't think any amount of therapy can cure us, Peeps...unless it becomes impossible to complete events without being forced into buying baskets and such. That'll cure me straight off. 419 drops so far, still one field of fox millet waiting to harvest. So guessing (hoping) roughly 450 for starters. 5 fields full of event crops, think I'll just go straight to fox millet again after harvesting the 1 field of it, for tomorrow's start. Replenished SG supply with FAQs, now well within my comfort zone, with a little over 2500 waiting and ready to go.

 

That's the day I start closing up shop. Sadly that's the direction it feels BP is heading. All the harvester, mill, premium revenue etc just isn't enough for them

 

I thought this event started at 4:30 PM EST also. I came home around 1 PM or so for lunch and it had started. Threw off some of my timing for planting. I only have 187 Ceramic mortar, due to needing crops to finish robot this morning instead of getting long term crops planted. I have 1060 Crystal Flowers not counting my field in the ground. Soo not to shabby of a start on crops. Worried more about drops then crops at this point. Not enough to make one mill product though.

I read the next event - Yikes a Twofer but its not!. - Strategy: I have long crops primarily planted for tonight. Harvest in the AM. (I like my beauty sleep!) Plant as many crops for this event on as many fields as possible field in AM. At lunch harvest. Start next set of event crops. Harvest after work. Plant more event crops. Harvest before bed. Long term crops - Sleep!

That's the minimal plan. I may nuke some somewhere along the way. SG is getting low.

 

Do as many FSQs as you can, ltb, that's what I did. Just cherry pick the levels you can do that have SG as reward.

For those who can: don't forget, tiki timer combined with Essence of Wisdom and Healing Ointment makes chayote a 10 hour 48 minute crop (with water). With poo also, becomes 9 hours 43 minutes. ps, I goofed, forgot to put on the timer when got the times, those times are without a tiki timer. With is 8 hours 24 minutes, water only, 7 hrs. 33 mins. H2O and poo. Sorry 'bout that!

 

I'm in for this event, not doing the other one. I got a super late start due to work but I don't really plan on getting to the CR anyway because it's not too great imo. What I want are the cute givers & good prizes along the way, plus the graphics are pretty.

forget to check total crop requirement
I had grow enough crop already!
But discover it when I had replant the event crop.
So, only could boost the drop rate >>grow long hr. crop on baha 3.5 hr later

On the good sight, my main farm could focus on full speed event

 

Was Lucky to win harvest bonus +100% for 24 hrs...Crops and Milling part done now only need 1200 drops to finish the event in one go. Main farm fields left for full speed and all 3 baha fields are covered with long time crop saguaro. Good luck Everyone
