Feedback Farmerama - Game and Features

Ironically enough, it's the paying customers who are getting hosed here, as those of us with premium memberships are those who aren't able to log in potentially for several days. Hey BP, give me my money back and cancel my premium subscription so I can play the game, will you?

Everyone else gets a much needed break from events though, sure wish I weren't a premium member

 

Jesus get back into game after 7 hours and the 1st thing Im greeted to is a sales message to buy items....your greed knows no boundries.

These messages need deleting people are not interested BP

 

Seriously, I don't see how any type of compensation package or combo of compensation packages will make this fair to premium players!

The total loss to my 2 farms (especially the EP, TEP and CC and other rewards from all my CRs and givers) and will keep losing because of this issue is HUGE, as well as the loss of all my wasted artisan buffs, my harvested CRs with wasted buffs (some that will not be ready for 36, 48 or 168 hour again now), on top of all the pheromones used in the breeding shack, wasted harvest helper subscription, mill going idle because I cleared my milling queue for event item milling etc etc etc... the list goes ON and ON.

Let's not forget that non premium players get to farm... as in harvest CRs and givers, mill feed, buy and sell in the market, grow crops, plus grow or buy tree fruits, animals and products for the Temple event and also grow or buy MORE animals for the Neon Stables event that we premium PAYING players will not get the opportunity to! Premium players lose out in SO many ways. The entire game needs to be taken offline for all players because this temporary solution is completely UNFAIR!!!


Oh but hey, let's at least let the non premium players back in just in case they want to put some money in your pockets, right????

You're right of course, any "compensation" can't possibly make up for several days worth of missed play. I also don't understand why they can't just turn off premium subscriptions and let members back into the game. It makes me think there is something much more serious going on.

 

Makes me glad I'm NOT a paying player now....man your getting hosed.....even as a free player, I would have thought the best solution would have been to roll back the game to the minute BEFORE the problem.....

 

YEP, been stuffed by BP once again, getting greedy , trying to run so many events overlapping with all the sales to go with them, logged on with my little backspace farm as my Premium farm , COULD BE A FEW DAYS was message ??? WOULD have liked better explanation as to problem , is it case off trying to change to new system now that old flash player going ??? Or a case off numpties not knowing what left hand is doing while right hand doing something different ??? A little more interaction with your players would be nice , think you may have lost a LOT off peeps with this !!! Think to myself is it worth prepping for ANY events now as at moment they all seem to go wrong , Compensation packages LOL )))) WOW 50 PF, 50 SG and a CAC )) Just Guessing, HEY A YEARS FREE PREMIUM FARMING would be GOOD

Before the game went into maintanance there were reports in the DE forum of people getting huge amounts of EP/TEP from harvesting and leveling up in big leaps, from 140 to 157, from 166 to 200, and on baha too, from 406 to 486 and so on. They got the stars and GB to go with the level ups too. From the official announcements I gather the extra EP/TEP was connected to the autoharvest, and there is apparently a big mess to sort out.

If you want an answer you should write to support.

 

Peeps, I don't have premium on my Sadie farm and I have in-game timers running there. It's for the mill subscription.

 

When we'll be able to play, to continue where we left, buffs, events, farms, breeding, harvester, and so on.

In my 7 plus years of playing Farmerama, I have never been forcibly locked out of the game for this long. It is frustrating!!!!
However, I can focus more time on RL....and maybe not be so tied into my computer.

I'm a retired software pro on testing functionalities in complex systems. This faulty parameter(s) should've been detected before restricting the autoharvest future in premium. Oh well, I guess the peeps at BP aren't too old to learn

Hasn't autoharvest been a premium benefit for yrs, but recently they greedily restricted it to just 1 week of tree fruits and drops from trees? (Don't fix what isn't broken!).

Looks like their greediness bit premium members in the hind end this time, bigtime. I'm new to paying for premium (I subscribed once they "revamped" it), but see now I shoulda just stuck with harvester and turbo mill subscriptions
