    Agree with so many points of view here. This premium farmer is pretty much fed-up with the game. First on my list - cancel my premium subscription and won't renew auto harvesters either. The lack of communication from the outage is why. I had to go searching for info on the Facebook page and then finally got to the forums before I got the answers. Really P.O'd about my DLB - I was over 400 days! A little thing, but one that gave me some satisfaction each day. If the only compensation I receive is that pathetic "we're sorry" package that came through when I first logged in is the only compensation I see, then I'm done with this game. I want something of substance - something that says "hey premium farmer, we value what you spend on this game and WE ARE REALLY ~edit~ SORRY!". I would also very much appreciate a full explanation of what happened and assurances that my payment information is safe. End of rant. Update: Just tried to cancel my premium membership and find that I cannot. Intentional error BP?

    Ok to me this compensation package is a joke. (Of which I did not get BTW.) You did not address all of the animals in the fields waiting to be harvest, all of the cloud rows sitting waisted, any of baha, and the fact as soon as I log in events! no prep time allowed. I am very dissapointed in the way all of this has been handled. To ad insult to injury you then give the comp packages ment for premium player to the players who where allowed to play all this time that I and many more have been locked out but not to us! A game should not dissapoint it should be fun. You at BP need to slow down and bring the fun back to the game.

    Jeepers BP not wasting time in trying to get us to buy crap off them...they need the money to pay the devs the overtime they have just done..

    Come on BP compensate us properly then maybe people will think about buying stuff...read the posts been written people have had enough

    It's weekend time. They going home. I don't think it's making any sense for more questions on technical. For us with Premium that's it. I don't received the compensation of course.

    I was laughing....xDxDxD

    BP , that is Stingy

    you even don’t dare to give them a 15 days extension, To me, that money spend will
    at least gain back your customer’s heart!
    Now, you see the effect, your customer got more anger,
    The more worse is....
    When my friend neddy38 tell me, she can get the premium compensate packages
    she is non preimium player, click on package just wonder what will happen!
    She immed. report this to BP, BP soon take action & remove this bug!

    my reaction is : are you kidding? The bug point still not catch in cage..
    Still affect the farmerama world...
    Then saw that there is premium player don’t got the compensate package..
    OK, that’s BP, issue will never ended!

    Beware, buffs and cloudrow buffs regarding shortening of time for animals are not working!>:(

    I do not notice that they had no effect on my stables & workshops
    I seldom check the time......
    No announcement again!
    Bug Point is still there, it never be caught!

    Wow BP! You guys are something else. No notice. We should have at least gotten 24hrs to prepare. Some farmers had already harvested fields before everything went bananas. Stuff needs reset. This is just insult on top of injury. You count on us and our FOCD to be there for your bottom line and in turn we count on you to be fair and reasonable. I see none of that going on here.
    Ever since the takeover this game has changed. Never ending, stacked events complete with never ending bugs. The requirements have been outrageous; so heres a package for you to buy to help you finish. I guess "Family friendly, free farming game" was mistakenly translated to "Cash Cow" You are riding a line for me!

    I have to throw my 2 cents in here. I am also outraged at BP. I've said it before and I'll say it again. I just came back from a 1 YEAR leave of this game. Why??? Because they outraged me to no end!!!! I stopped giving them any real $$$$ on both my farms for over 1 YEAR. I truely see that they really don't care. I guess it's time to go back to the other game I played for over a year and give them my money. At least the other game doesn't have any of these issues. My neighbor's left also. One played since the beginning and just had it with BP. And she used to drop a TON of money on this game too. She told me over $200.00/month. She left and most of the others too. Others log in once a week/month (like I did) just to keep the farm. This totally sucks!!! >:(>:(>:(. It's just no fun anymore.:cry:

    Ouch, a lot of somethings went wrong. Hard work on poor partial solutions which create new problems in gameplay isn't a very smart move to keep the majority of players happy. Please BP/Farmerama Team do not continue this way or somehow I will not be suprised when Yazoo decides to pull the plug out due to awefully poor game management.

    All comments above speak for themselves, sadly I have nothing positive to add.

    Like I said, they gone, it's weekend. I lost 240 PF, 120 locks and a lots of animals. And for the new BBD I'll have 30 locks and some useless Deluxe ~edit~. What's next?

    Very disappointed in the premium compensation pack that I didn't get as a premium farmer. Very disappointed in my daily log in reset to zero and being behind in this months log in calendar. Now, I will miss also miss the cumulative log in bonus as well.

    I fully feel premium players have been tossed in the waste bin because others could play for days while we couldn't stock up our supplies and play too. As a player that has been here supporting this game from near the beginning, I am really thinking of cancelling all my subscriptions to this game and leaving. This whole solution has been a terrible joke.

    Edit to add: Also very disappointed in no prior notice. When I got up this morning to get ready for work I thought I would check out the forum only to find the events had both started 4 hours earlier. I spent the last hour getting ready for work very quick and trying to set up the farm only to find just 5 seeds to start, really???!!!! Where were the extra seeds premium usually receives? Where was the notice that the event and access were going to start. Poor poor planning and poor treatment of premium players.

    All I have to say is. Farm and account being deleted as of now. Another player lost to poor management, customer service, greed .........the list could go on, but I have no more time to spend. Thanks to all the farmers (the only people worth sticking around for) you've been great. Bye

    Well.......all I can say that at least all of us will remember exactly when this huge debacle happened...because all our daily logs will read back to the date this went down!:oops:
    Are no buffs working??? :( Any news when they will be reinstated?

    I too feel as if we are not important at all. The longer I sit here dealing with and seeing all the problems the more angry I get! I for one am very seriously thinking of closeing my farm. And trying to find a new place to spend my money. The absolute unfairness of it all!

    Most buffs are working. It is the buffs that reduce stable/workshop time that aren't.

    *sigh* Since I have a RL tragic event going on in my community this morning my perspective is a bit different. I know this is only a game and that glitches and bugs and all sorts of things happen. I'm willing to give you a bit of time to sort it out and address the major issues.

    First to me is the lack of communication. You have our emails you couldn't send an email with notification of a major game outage? Not having any kind of access to the forum for information or updates is frustrating beyond belief. There really needs to be a better way to keep lines of communication open during times of game outages.

    Second is the compensation which is honestly laughable. At the very least we should have been given a couple weeks of free benefits or half a month of harvester or something of equal value rather than a few token gifts. Which are similar to compensation packages that have been offered for much less offensive game issues.

    This outage affected your highest level and most loyal customers, the ones that give you a secure monthly income and essentially keep you in business. Not offering us significant compensation and making us feel wanted and appreciated is really unacceptable.

    Finally I like many others are very unhappy to have lost my DLB. It seems a small thing but in gaming community it's really not. We are motivated by many things and for some of us having an unbroken record of consecutive log in days is a HUGE motivation.

    I love this game, even more I love the community I do not want to lose it.

    So well said, clashstrummer. Happenings in game are nothing as compared to RL events that are much more tragic. I wish all affected by the event you mentioned (which I think I know which one) will find peace.

    I have played this game so long because I liked it. I have supported this game through all it's many glitches. This has been an unusual event and not just a glitch. The compensation pack would be ample for a glitch but not an event like this.

    I feel that they should have kept us updated by email. I was also unable to log into the forum and had to ask my granddaughter who is non premium to log in so I could see what was going on. The announcements were vague and infrequent. Last night before bed, we knew nothing. I don't call her before school so didn't talk to her this morning.

    The start of the events this morning was in the middle of the night for me so the event was in full swing by the time I even knew we could get back on.

    The fact that non premium players were allowed to play for days while premium were not leaves a very bad impression for me. I am truly questioning whether to keep supporting this game as I have or spend my money on one of the other games I play. The compensation pack for premium players just does NOT seem enough in relation to what the non premium players were able to gain by being able to farm and trade in the market while we were kept away.
