Feedback Neon Stables 7 Event

I never quit on an event.... This one is a first.

Ridiculous requirements for mice, I finished bears yesterday and could have finished on cats but not going any further with cats as the mouse section is ridiculous.
Massive thumbs down for this one.

 

This event was insane. And I am seriously starting to wonder why I continue to line the pockets of BP hierarchy. This was a BLATANT screwing of your loyal players. The cats and bears were enough of a pain to reach with very poor rewards. But the mice are totally out of the ball park. So far I have used over 700 PF just on them and am not near finishing. The skips are totally non existent, bar one vaguely exciting one. Big Point you can keep your neon events and if you continue to show your greed to this extent, soon the entire game. I have no PF left over to breed anything else and your stupid luxury pheromones are only available DAYS after the event stars. Whoever is in your marketing department needs a serious wake up call. PAY ATTENTION TO YOUR PLAYER FEEDBACK BEFORE YOUR ARROGANCE AND GREED BITE YOU IN THE ~edit~ !!!!!

 

After 3 years this is the first event I gave up on the moment I saw the ridiculous requirements versus the rewards. Because my farm had a decent stock of bred cats already I decided to only do that part of the event and spend my PF on breeding other species while BB runs.
Despite doing 100s of breedings, any regular to lvl 3 breed only provided lvl 1-3 results; maybe recieved 2 exceptions to lvl 4 or 5. Any higher level breeds provided 0 skip. Yes, I noticed getting the doubles on next level but a getting a double is nowhere equal to a skip.
I don't regret wasting my PF, my choice to do so, but - drat - with a few more skips it could've provided a lot more joy.
Next times BB comes around I'll waste 20 PF, 10 breeds, to see if anything in the skip ratio has changed to the good, otherwise I too am done with it.

* start to think on requirements vs reward prior to starting an event. Keep it realistic, fair and rewarding
* give the skips back to the ones you indebted, your players

I finished breeding the bears and cats necessary early on, the mice took forever. It took about 3 times the amount of PF as the last neon event. I have truly gotten tired of breeding. The skips were good years ago once we got the rune, then things changed with the way it is done now. Now, skips are nearly non existent and finishing this event took way too many 1 level at a time breedings. I remember when finishing each breeding one at a time, every sixth hut gave a nice skip. Now, I can finish 100 and maybe get a couple skips of 1 or 2 levels and nothing higher. I tend to breed the base animal and only get mainly level 2 with a spattering of level 3 and maybe 1 or 2 of level 4 out of 120 breedings. To get any higher levels, I have to proceed up each level as the skips do not happen. It feels as though there was no BB day in effect other than the extra base animals I would get. The only bright spot in this event was the doubling of animals from our pens on the farm field.

 

This event took me about 1000 PF and 35 millions CCs. I think no other words are needed...

I took advantage of the Baby Boom day and breed one page (132) of each animal.
Then I took stock of what I had. In the past this amount of breeding was good enough for the Neons offered.
Not this time. If I want to finish with the Mice Neon, I'll be forced to purchase more Powerfeed just to get there.

I've said this before, if I'm forced to spend my money in order to finish an event I'll walk away from the event leaving it unfinished.

I have walked away from this event. If BP continues this heavy handed dealing with the events, they'll not get one more thin dime from me.

 

I havent partaken in the last two neon events, they are getting boring. I started this one and when I clicked on the first stage of the bear section with 435 bears in my barn and that still wasnt enough to donate, I decided the requirements were too high and I wasnt going to bother with the event.

 

The only reason I finished this event at all was that I had a large breeding stock of both mice and cats already in the barn. I thought by doing a bit a breeding I could replace some of the higher ones I was using but sadly not the case as skips were non-existent. The bears on the other had were a nightmare to breed as I had very few of them breed at all. I went through over 800 PF just breeding that one animal again with little to no skips.

At this point I only wanted the neon pens because they work so well in the Menegerie. It doesn't seem worth it in the end. Breeding events used to be my absolute favorite event and now they are my least favorite.

 

Didn't do this event due to the too high requirements of animals needed.

 

Have been doing the temple monkey day Event ... where you have to give 90 betel and 70 Plumeria flowers... these take 20 hours ... these amounts are ridiculous
It means we have to wait for these to finish before we can get to the next level ... which means I probably wont get to the end of this event

 

So 10 hours before the end of the breeding event, affected premium players get their breeding animals back, seems fair. And 6 hours BBD (not even lasting until the end of the neon event!??) will surely be convenient for players in all different time zones.

 

Can anyone tell me where I can get a Saguaro .... have been every where for this ... and cannot find it ....before I go completely mad

 

Nellie this is a BAHA crop (one of the newer ones) looks like a daisy and is the longest growing crop (24 hours)

Bit of a late feedback I know, but I didn't bother with this event at all as the requirements seemed ridiculous. Also, I don't like the design of the neons anymore, the very first ones (which I have) look far better! Very disappointing considering the designs and graphics for this game are usually fantastic.
