Stop being so tight - just 5 starter seeds? Why the drop from 10, it just makes it harder to complete the events or want to participate.

I think I'll give it a miss. Compared to previous runs I'm missing a propper star coins shop. A crate as a reward with about 40 options in it and an unknown chances to get anything of an interest is not a good option for me. I much preffer being able to chose what I buy. "Unknown chances" especially after the latest developement in events which I consider a slide down doesn't create any good expectations in me either. If this is still considered "strategy" game I'd recommend not to put too much emphasis on lotery. When I put an effort into an event, I want to have better idea what rewards I'm getting, cause that's one aspect that helps me determine if the event is worth playing or not.

This is a fun event and I am glad to see it repeated. The cost of things needed for the cloud row is very low, which is nice. I personally love any kind of "mystery" item so I love the idea of the mystery crates. Overall, this is a great event, like the longer crop time, means I can have a life and still grow enough stuff. Agree with the above that the 5 seeds instead of ten is stingy. Very annoyed that maintenance was scheduled, again, for the start of an event. Please stop doing that! Better yet - give us a break between events and do your maintenance then.

Edit to add: two days in, this event is turning out to be even more pleasant. With every harvest, there is enough to make enough to do one or even two levels, providing virtually instant gratification, thus making me want to keep going. A refreshing change from the tedium of the past several events!

Very laid back pipe event this time, go thru once and get the CR and givers, or keep going for extra goodies ;) Could have included a few extra star coins in the rewards, but overall thumbs up this time.

Unfortunately I have to agree with all the negative feedback about you guys doing maintenance before an event... when you announce the scheduled time for game maintenance, you should stick to it, or just completely refrain from scheduling ANY maintenance anywhere near events if you can't contain it within the scheduled time frame. Don't tack on extra time and make us wait and wait and wait because YOU GUYS screwed up. Some of us really have to juggle having a life/a job/real priorities and participating in these events that you continuously throw at us that seem to regularly get doinked around lately because of your lack of professionalism. Changing things at the last minute with no heads up for those of us who thought we had it all planned out to the minute doesn't sit well with a lot of farmers, but especially so with farmers who've invested a lot of money in our farms and have supported Farmerama for many many years, if not from the very start. Think ahead guys, please. It's a shame this game is so touch and go lately, it really is.

I agree with Peeps, very laid back and drops seem to be plentiful (363 drops already), thank you BP. I think most will be able to complete it multiple times.

I am doing this event on all my farms and even though I might not go for the CR on all of them, I'll do the event as many times as possible.

I agree that the timing of scheduled maintenance was pretty poor especially with an event also planned to start at exactly the same time as the maintenance was supposed to finish - recipe for disaster. -.-

Despite this disruption and the fact that I went ahead and harvested not realising the event hadn't started - my fault, I usually check but I didn't - plus I gave up, just planted the first five seeds and gave in for the day, so in effect I started late - I am doing pretty well with this event and should finish one round of Frappé Olé by Sunday. Then I can decide whether to continue for another round or so or stop and continue with other ongoing farm projects. :music:

Once again, milling is involved. I wish that there could be a special event mill. I only just noticed the event filter in the mill that is not really necessary but it would be much appreciated if we could mill event items AND continue with our animal feed milling. :p

Overall, I am enjoying this event - especially as it is the only event at the moment. I have got pretty fed up with two or three (and more!) events going on at the same time. This is a real treat. :inlove:

One event at a time is good, now if you could just please give us a little gap (a clear day would do the trick) between events and I think you will find some very happy farmers! :)

Not sure I'm a fan of this new structure of Frappe Ole - I like earning more star coins and having a wide selection of goodies to choose from! I feel like I'm doing a lot of work for only a few coins that will very possibly not pay off all that well with the crate. I'm doing the event because for the first time in a long time my farm is in a good position to give up regular harvesting and dedicate some time to an event, but it's a shame that this event doesn't seem overly worth it. I'll try to get the cloud row, but I'd have preferred the regular farm coin, GB, star and PF rewards that could be bought for large numbers of star coins. That said, drop rate is excellent!

CR up and running (even though I know the crate o' crap, sorry country coins, will be ridiculously low most of the time - the first activation yielded a whole 100 coins....WOW!) but the TEP isn't too bad for every 10 hours.

If we could choose our prizes in the shop, I would have continued with this event. I never have much luck with the crates, therefore, the motivation to restart has flown out the door....zoomed down the street.... and crashed into a town 3000 miles away.

On the positive side, the drop rate was fantastic and the graphics are good.

    Good luck everyone.

Thank you, thank you, thank you for the great drop rates!!! (Drops are my pet peeve) I wasn't going to do this event but when I saw I had 90% of the drops already, decided to do it....(I have FOCD but was being very strong)....I will actually enjoy this event since I don't have to stress over drops! happy! happy! happy! Good luck all!

Having opened 9 crates, I can only agree. The prizes were totally underwhelming. :(

I took the leisurely way by taking the shortest paths just to finish Levels 1-10. I was able to do this by using 2 fields and using the other to work on quests. CR is up and running. Only had enough crops for a few pipes to get a 2 Treasure Chests (PPP and Turbo Mulch) and event sticker. Will be working on quests now til end of event.

With the market prices can always use more CC Crates.

I think Growalot summed it up pretty nicely, Great graphics, nice and fun concept - the crates didn't really take off. I did 4 got mulch, CC GB (personally don't need them, got 300+ and all open) and something else I forgot.

If it was to return in it's current shape I'd go or the CR just because I always do and then go back to farming.

Extra plus for the extra time to gather extra prizes for those that wanted to. Really enjoyed the fact that I didn't have to go all in and receive the CR on the last day.

After some hesitating i decided to play that event in a very relaxed mode (comfort fields harvested once a day). Got a few crates, and as expected the rewards were a TOTAL CRAP. Rewards gathered through pipes were so so. Can't really decide if it was worth it or not. The big plus is that it can be played in this very relaxed way. Crates with crap rewards/chances is actually the only thing that makes me feel negative about the event, but it tends to have a decisive influence. So in next run please provide propper coins shop as in previous runs, otherwise a good event is just ruined by crates needlessly.

I enjoyed this event even though it was chaotic at the beginning. You people need to quit doing that to us. It's getting really old really fast-.--.- I manged to go through 2+ times so I got quite a few rewards from that but my crates could have been better. Thanks for the good drop rate:D
