This is great information. Thank You. To answer your question, I don't know but it would seem that we will be breeding everything eventually. Maybe that's what we should think about.

Thank you Farmer_broke yes my studies are going well and now I have a summer break:)

So what should you NOT donate? As I understood from your last posts you should not donate trade products and pheromones?
And how do you earn CC to buy stock for the HH? What do you sell? And what do you produce on your own? Because it seems to me that you don't produce anything:pxDxD

This is all really great information. When I have more time I'd like to get a small farm and try out this way of farming. For now I will use this information, in a very scaled back way....but I cannot be a market pirate. I like it where we help each other, and have a community spirit. It's also fun to play the quests when I can. If it's ok with you I may lurk here some more, I do find this a great way to be a more efficient and better farmer. Thank You so much for helping us...and who knows...someday I may see you at the HH. :inlove::inlove:

Ah, I'm starting to see how you make your Billions. I always thought that your were buying low and then reselling at higher prices. This makes more sense to mass produced much needed items to create a revenue source.

How do you price your apples? Do you study the market for awhile and then set the price? Do you look at the current offerings and then decide?

EDIT: I guess I have been aware of specialized farm - like chicken farming was a great way to make money. I like DIY farming too much to specialize. I never think my farm is big enough, because there are always new things that are added and need to be stock piled.

When do you decide that you have enough money and it is time to spend spend spend again? When you spend. Do you watch the market for the best prices? For me, for example, I don't like to pay more than 10K for an animal unless I absolutely need it right this moment.

My turn to pick on Broke xD:inlove:xD

As I have clearly stated before, the list that I posted earlier in this thread are the amount of stuff I need to feel like my farm is fully stocked. For me, the women who wears her heart of her sleeve or rather paints her heart over and over, I must have a fully stocked barn to feel secure enough to even think of the possibility of beginning the process of preparing for HH.This means maybe, I will be ready for the 2019 HH.

I am interested in learning your wisdom so I can stock my barn as quickly as possible while completing as many FSQ's (My number 1 goal in this farming game.) as quickly as possible. This is MY way of preparing for the 2019 HH.

I have contemplated what you said. Obvious, not everything you do is good for my style of farming. This is how the World goes round. Different strokes for different folks.

I have also modified your wisdom to suite my needs. Some of these modification ideas come from other Smart farmers who imparted their wisdom to me years ago.

    1. I will start monitoring the Parrot feathers & buy when I think the price is low enough. This is for a future revenue stream - possible around the time of the 2018 HH.

    2. I have decided to convert my 1 Main farm that I was growing crops to Chicken farming. I have a nice collection of Neons, Pinks Red and Oranges so that all 43 (I put the factory on this field) coops are upgraded.

The thing is I need to have 10,000 chickens in order to start selling them. I currently only have 8,432 so if will be a few days before I can start selling. I have started sell poop already.

    3. On Baha, when I have the time to devote to Sugar cane (usually in the evenings when I am watching TV), I will grow 2 fields of Sugar Cane. I only need to have 10,000 Sugarcane before I can sell, & I already have over that amount so it is my current revenue stream.

I want to see how quickly I can accumulate another 50,000,000 by farming this way.

BTW, I just forgot to add tree fruit to my prior minimum inventory list. I need to have 1000 of each type of Tree fruit.

I am eagerly looking forward to your next lesson about buy EV. I think that is what you said you would talk about next.

That information will be very valuable to my Siouxzen farm which is adopting your wisdom with less modifications. :p

Broke - You lost me on this 2nd sentence. This sentence is so deep and foreign to me that I do not know where to begin to describe my confusion. Can you please elaborate more on how/ why the quantity requirements are determined by total ev.?

As I write this out, the light bulb in my brain thinks that you are referring to concept that if the game requires 100, 000 total ev and the specific item being donated has an ev of 1,000, then 100 items will need to be donated????

My answer to your last question is Yes? Shall I explain to demonstrate my level of comprehension?

The thing that I do not know is how or why the game sets these numbers as the ev.

I do understand in a very board way that a value any value has to be given in order to make the donation process work. There are 2 values that BP has chosen to use. (I'm not sure if they could of used other values - not smart enough in math to think of other possibilities.)

These donations values are either the total number of an item or the ev of an item.

I am demonstrating my understanding to see if I am on the right track with my logic and to help simplify these complex concepts for the general forum population.

Plus, I want a Gold star for being kind of smart. :p

Do not donate your tiki totums to some FSQ if you are doing the HH. Oh... and become a Market Pirate.
Do not sit and watch videos when in town. Sit in the market place snatching good deals on products.
    :)

Without imagination, no sap: Do You mean, that You are able to buy articles on all markets with one and the same Farmerama user account and each day your usernames never login with a previous User ID, except the original one needed to sell your produce? Or do You handle a PIRACY phantom ID and accede the heroes market too?

I agree with you Broke that spreadsheets and charts are a waste of time. I always appreciate the time and effort that people take in making them, but I never use them. With this being said, I did copy into a doc your lists of Product & Tree EVs.

One of the things that keeps me from calculating the price per EV of anything is having to get the EV from the Barn, write it down and then go find the current selling price to calculate the cost of 1 EV. I am lazy!!!!! xDxDxD It is the writing it down that gets me stuck especially if I want to compare several at once. Like when you asked us what are the 3 lowest ev products. Still have not taken the time to figure it out. It is on my to-do list - if I could only find that to-do list. I know it is here somewhere? :p

Thanks for all your efforts to teach us this stuff. :inlove:
