Level 151 and I can't complete all of these tasks, however hard I work, as I have been unable to acquire an elm tree so far and there are no fruits available in my Market...
Sour taste before I even start event I am afraid.

In what way is this event easy? Only 5 days to complete. Tree fruit which is not available in the market. Too many crops needed to grow in such a short time.
The trees should be from ones that are able to be bought so we can grow our own - now that would be easy.

Where or how does one acquire and elm tree?

Well I cannot complete the event as like many others I have been unable to get an elm tree and there is no fruit on the market. I am disappointed and wondering what the point in trying is.:(

I agree - this event should not be rated easy. First 19000 event crops, over 1000 drops, 1 day less of event time & finally pecan & elm fruit. I was lucky enough to get a pecan tree but most people are still waiting for the elm to show up. For an event to be fair to everyone only regular tree fruit & animals should be asked for.

Disappointing, I do not have a Pecan and Elm tree. I also do not buy or sell on the market... Cannot complete this event.
I am not even sure if there is a point to put my comments here as BP constantly ignores it.

I was fortunate to have seen the FAQ early and purchased the necessary pecans before the prices shot up. That said, it still cost a fortune. Not many low-level players would be able to do this. Like the others here, I don't have an elm tree and the fruits aren't available in my market. EDIT: fruits are now available - the lowest price being 330,000 for 1. I don't blame the players for trying to make a fortune off them. Who do you think I'm holding responsible?

This game has many high level players. It also has many low-level players. If it's this hard for high-level players to participate, how on earth do you expect newer people to join in? You seem to be pushing them out and excluding them at every turn. Between this, how challenging other events are and your horrific treatment of customers, how do you expect to retain anyone?

I agree with all that has been said, it is far from an easy event with the requirements and two of the rarest tree fruits needed to finish. o_O

The only upside is that these items are not necessary to do the main part of the event and get the CR etc. But most of us want to be able to complete events and it is disheartening if we haven't got a hope. :(

I was lucky enough to have both trees but I know how I would feel if that wasn't the case. -.-

On a positive note, the prizes are pretty good - if you can win them, that is. :music:

I had everything but elm fruit, the people selling elm fruit want 200,000 for 1.. normal players can not afford this, which makes it not worth even trying.

they should explain in the FAQ that you need to be at a certain level and have enough CC to go beyond a certain point in the event.. so that you don't WASTE time growing things then not be able to use them because you are not at the required level .. happens all the time .. these events are for players with lots of CC and are very high in the levels...just a tease for regular players..not fair or fun.

In this event if you don't have elm you can do everything else in the event except that part and get all rewards except 1 factory upgrade and 30 farm coins.

This is a fantastic event. Yes, the requirements for new tree fruits are a bit of a bitter pill to swallow for many players - but they are not essential to progress, and allow for there to be a little extra reward for more advanced players who have a better chance to be able to purchase things at the market. If this had been a necessary step along the general game progress, I would have added my voice to those complaining - but it's not, and this is an easy event with not a lot of requirements and good prizes along. The side bars are EXTRA presents, and make this event even better. Over the years there have been a lot of times when more advanced players have pointed out that it used to be YEARS before we could expect to complete an event. With the constant events, better prizes, and deco items that give much, much higher EP rewards, people level up lightning fast compared to the way we used to, and it makes players who have been at it less than six months think that they should be able to complete everything. This is not one of those games that you can start, get a high level and get bored with in six months. I've played LOTs of those. This is the only one that, eight years later, I am still playing daily. This is a different game than all the others, and that accounts for its deeply loyal fan base. Personally, I feel that there OUGHT to be some benefit to the years and dollars that I have put into this game. This event is a perfect example of how this game ought to be - playable by ALL players, with better rewards for those who play harder. Well done. And thanks for a good drop rat.

You might get one from the crates given in the Bone Queen's Treasure if you are lucky.

Bravo matselleste! I applaud and agree with everything you just posted! You are just able to put it into words
better than I could have!:p Great event, great prizes and so far good drop rate! Fun event! Only worry is the number of crops needed to complete the event but I am up for the challenge!;)

definetely not as bad as the alien spaceship quest and far far better than the regular quests, I am aiming to complete about half of this which I think is easily doable this time.

I don't know if you already have plans for it but the Gnarly Willow as shown in the event sticker should be made into a permanent tree for the Moonlight Playfield.

Towards the end of the event now and I don't think it should have been rated "easy".
