Love the mini game.

 

Hate it. Absolutely hate it. I've watched the video and tried to do it and I have no idea what I am doing. I end up with all sorts of tiles and not when I want it and then things shift and I can't figure out how to get anew tile. I would rather have an option like the milkshake one where I can click on the solution and away I go. This is a nightmare and I give up.

 

THANK YOU!!!!! What a load of utter rubbish!!! I have watched the video over and over. It's a joke. I have been going round and round in square circles. Took me over half an hour to do ONE and that was by nothing but chance. Even my friend who is brilliant at this sort of things is totally baffled. I am dyslexic and all this has done is upset me and give me a headache - who on earth dreamed up this nonsense and then managed to make an even more confusing "help" video???? Not at all impressed

 

The maze is hard. Once you get it, it's pretty simple, but even so, it's relatively boring. I love this event, love the prizes, and enjoy that there is something different to do - but it's hard. And time consuming. A lot of the mini games are tedious. They would be fun if we had to do five rounds, but doing upwards of forty rounds of something that takes more than a minute each - that's a big hunk of time. Please limit the amounts of mini games, and please limit the events which contain them. Still, a good event with great prizes.

 

To those people who are struggling with the maze, there's a much better explanation on page 2 of the strategy thread.

I agree that the FAQ and video are worse than useless in helping with this new mechanic, but it's really not bad once you get the hang of it. I really like the cloud row and also like that there's a real choice in what other prizes we get.

 

I have read the FAQ over and over...the strategy thread and I feel totally inept at what I am doing. I have no clue...when I think I understand it...nope changes that...I am not a fan and give this one a thumbs down...hate it and its very time consuming.

 

I well and truly hate this mini-game.

 

I usually like mini games, but not a fan of this. Not because I don't like the game, it's quite fun. But usually the mini game offers some reward or there is a point to it. For this event we have to grow the crop, collect the drops, mill the thing, then play a time consuming mini game that doesn't offer any additional reward/bonus depending on how you do? Fine if you like the game, but not fair for those who don't. Farmerama and events in particular are already quite time consuming.

 

That last game took me ten minutes...absurd

 

An Overly difficult, time consuming and, for me impossible, mini game which I simply hate. I have been growing hard with four game credits but am giving up. PLEASE make events simpler to understand as this is not fun by any stretch of the imagination. Its frustrating to give up but even more maddening to try to play the mini game, being one square away from the treasure and not being able to make the connecting tiles work. No thank you. I am well and truly out. Please, whoever dreams up the events and writes the FAQs (which I read several times and watched the YouTube video) make them easy to understand. just horrible.

Agreed...the instructions are ridiculous then you also want me to watch a YouTube video...are u kidding

 

Fortunately I tried the free go at the mini game and decided not to eat several jars of carrot apple chutney to spread on tripe! I hope never to see such an event again. Do the developers realise us players are just members of the public and not whizz kids?. We dont have 24/7 to play the game or need to feel stupid because its so complex. Be very careful you dont lose players ..... just saying. I am turning my back on it and not stressing about lost prizes.

 

For this event, Even I had done 30 mini game.
I must say...
This is not a fun, attractive mini game.
If I got luck and most treasure are on the same path, I easily finished the game.
If not, It take many step to let me got over!
No fun at all, sometimes I had to ask myself:
Why I cont’d to play, do I got FOCD, Do those stuff on shop being
the apple and I am the donkey chasing them?
I do not know if I like some of the player in this thread, just can’t get through the game.
Will I try my best to overcome this mini game or just don’t do this event……
I hope BP remember, player need to enjoy the game, if play a mini game
need player to use lot of brain cell, and not just several time, players need
to do 55games if they want to get the CR. What a huge no!
Is it reasonable?
BP designer, you need to think about it seriously!

 

Way too time consuming!! I can't do 25 of these - it will take hours. I don't have time to do this! Very, frustrating. Please don't ever do this type of mini game again. People have lives. I can't sit here for hours doing puzzles. I love puzzles but this is too many. I don't have the time. Thumbs down on this one.

EDIT: I wanted to say I have been doing the puzzles. They are fun and not difficult to complete. I love puzzles but it took me over an hour to do 20 of them. It's just too time consuming (but they are fun).

This is insane can't do this to my self I am not going any further ...Skipping this event

 

I usually like the mini games but this one is quite time consuming. One has to plant different crops, mill requirements, and go through the maze. I found the maze kind of tedious, and I like mazes and puzzles...

 

I don't have any problem completing the mini games, but this is becoming too boring and time consuming.
It feels like a punishment, no fun at all.

 

Happy to see the Game Team introduced a mini game which is different from all others we've had so far!
The only pity I can think off is the fact the reward at the end of the game is the same (25 star coins + 1 on progress bar) over and over again, no matter what or how many treasures we collected. Would've been nice if tiny rewards for finding a treasure were build in.

Great to have drops from all fields but only 3 fields available for 2 different event crops makes it tough to finish the event in time.
