It isn't April Fools Day is it?
Two different events, running on same fields, at the same time, let alone what gifts we send to neighbours.

I thought event frequency was getting silly but this is absurd.

I presume, time management is not one of the strongest points at BP!

Starting an event on baha while the carnival queen is still running.... for me it proves my point above.
And this is then another event, where the newer players, who haven't unlocked baha yet, will loose out.
For what was the extra playfield created? For two events a year?? Being idle for the rest, but having lots of overlapping events on the normal farm areas?
For me... this is an absolute no go!

    I am out

I'm still exhaused from running around the maze. My hand still hurts too. I was dreaming I was lost in a maze last night.:p:p:p I'm out too. Need a break.

Oh Joy "The Game Team have listened"... No they haven't... Let us finish one event before starting another two more!.. come on Game Team.
We all have real lives but even if we hadn't we certainly couldn't do all events. This game used to be fun, even for those who spend moderately... Get a grip before it's too late!

It certainly isn't a Farm game any more ...Its events one after the other:sleepy:
What has a Circus got to do with Farming o_O

With the amount of events we have had at one time ...I am getting a little bit SICK of this game o_O

The event itself is fine - but starting one event on the same field as another one already going? Seriously? With all the complaints that have been made about overscheduling - this feels like a slap in the face. And as pointed out above - why do we have an event field at all???

I would play this event if it was on its own. As it stands - I'm going to finish with the Monkey Queen and see how I feel after that. Big thumbs down on the scheduling, although the event itself seems like it might be fun. We are all burnt out and you are going to lose a lot more players, than any revenue you might gain.

I had stop farming for 2 days. I only login to send gift to neighbor.
Because I got tired. Tired of all those overlap of event.
Tired of BP never treat us in friendly.
We are human being not robot!
    We need REST.
This 2 circus event could delay at least 2 days.
Let palyers had a break, not to count held this Baha event when monkey queen still alive.
I will still do a bit of events. But not all, I target at the factory upgrade.
But I don't mind if I cannot get it.
If BP still do business in this way.
There will have more players act like me...When will we leave this game?
Do BP want to test our loyalty to Farmerama??

Too many crops, too many events. I love that you try to give us something to do but sometimes a little break is nice so we can farm and catch up on FSQs. Lots of us like to do the events aswell as farm but it’s getting hard to find a balance.

Why have we got stables that we win in some of these events ??? ...but we never get time to put them out on fields .... because of these events being one after the other And I agree with TC Rooster
I feel sorry for new players to the game ...they don't get a chance of ever finishing these events

This was a totally standard simple quest. It was crops growing and a mill product. Technically it was 2
quests so it was possible do only one side. I got started late because like other I didn't care to start at the time the event started. But even starting late I was able to finish. However, I have a lot of time to farm now.

I've been thinking about something that I want to share with the developers and maybe some other players. In the beginning there were several stated goals. The game showed players with the most EP, those with the most CC, and one more that I can't think of. Later, I read in the forum that the purpose of the game is to get more EP and level up. I noticed the diffuse recognition for farms with different superior results were gone, replaced by who had more EP.

I disagree with the developers that the purpose of the game is to level up and have more EP. There are several potential purposes of the game but the most important is to have fun. The secondary purpose(s), must be whatever makes the player have fun.

Gaining EP just doesn't do it for me. It isn't fun. What I most like is winning quests. Therefore, I set my whole growing and buying pattern up to win quests. I grow what I think can be used and sold in quests. Right now I am trying to guess what the neon breeding even will want so I can grow that. I like the temp quests more than the permanent quests, but it give me pleasure to do both.

I'm convinced if someone wants to really get cc, then quests are not the way to go. I have another farm that I farm occasionally, and it gets cc far easier because it isn't considered to much about quests.

If the farm was real life winning quests would be an odd goal. But since it's just a came, I can play these quests that I know do not really advance my farm. This is because of opportunity cost of what I could have done with the farm if I hadn't been throwing my resources into quests.

Another very important goal is to manage resources well, and get some satisfaction from this. The primary limited resources are BB (i.e. real money), cc, farming time, farming space. What can I do with these limited resources to give me tangible farm pleasure. That is a major goal of the game.

Think of it like a rich man playing with various investments. The rich man doesn't need the money, but gets tremendous pleasure from managing resources well.

Sometimes time and money (my real life time and money) will not allow me to win quests. When these times come along I have to pick another goal. It kind of like life, people have diverse goals that they believe will make them happy. If you are prohibited from one goal, you have find another.

However, players seems to get quite frustrated by the quests. This makes me believe I am not in the minority of players who have winning quests as a part of what makes the game fun.

The developers need to maximize profit, but if the game is healthy, and part of that is ensuring the players have fun with the game. I think what is needed is a new way for BB to make money, but make less money with the currently designed quests.

Recognition is also a reward and it isn't used much in Farmerama. Teamwork is fun in games, and it is never used in any really motivating way in Farmerama. I like teams to work against one another, being able to communicate and trade resources with teammates in order to reach goals. Some of the Sims games use this type of thing, and I only stopped playing because I didn't have a consistent internet access to be able to win the quests. I gifted my resources to my teammates, and they said "sorry to see you go." I had only played the game 2 weeks, but was already contributing to my team. The way they set up the teams in that game also worked well. There was interaction within the team, and expectation or you could be removed from the team.

It's pretty clear Farmerama has to be modernized or it isn't going to make it. That would be unfortunate for us who have time and money invested in a virtual resource we take pride in. It would be unfortunate if the game ends, but also unfortunate if the game stays as it is.

I very rarely post, but must comment on Lea2191 post above. I agree with a lot of what is said, unlike a lot of posts lately I also enjoy the quests, I think since there have been a lot more I had enjoyed the game even more! The thing is you can choose to play or not, for some people like myself planning farm time between quests or even along side quests is all part of the game. I hope the quest keep coming thick and fast! I am farm level 123 and baha 374 and play most days and fit real life in as well !!!!!!!
