Reindeer Flurry - Strategy thread.

I started with 1,435 Reindeer, 11 Elf Reindeer, 1 Gift Reindeer and 242 PF.

I have finished and have 1,163 Reindeer, 2 Elf Reindeer, 0 Gift Reindeer, 1 Angel Reindeer and 206 PF (including that won in prizes for the event) so not too bad an event and not too costly.

I have finished this event! I have 12 Elf, 1 Gift, 0 Postal and 0 Angels left, I did not have anything but base to start as the other
reindeer breeding was before my time! I am happy with what I have left, I also got 62 voucher pieces from my breedings! I have a feeling I am going to need them! Good luck and have fun!

I didn't get any skips to angel and had to breed them from postal

The giver Ornamental Tree is just adorable and I would love to have one on every field and in the park just cause I like it so much! I am considering 'redecorating' my park to winter/Christmas themed items and it would go perfectly there. But that is such a big undertaking that I just haven't done it.

No need to worry about the opportunity to buy power feed. This is already set up. In my "bats in the belfry" strategy, the immediate play is

• take from players as they empty their power feed into the current event (design of the event is to empty power feed)
• .... set the market up in a few days"
• rip players off for event items as Beeps rips off players off with the power feed sales for anaconda breeding

oooooopss .... I gave the scheme away

So, start this morning with 40 motel
yeah..... I got a angel reindeer.
and 25 voucher
I think I do not need to worry vouchers anymore.

I will breed very slow as I do not want to get those convert EP &CC .
Being a high lv player where CC is no longer need to care, EP get from color reindeer is so minor,
To my point of view, let BP convert the excess color reindeer is a waste of PF used
They should go to better valuable place like those FSQ that required animal vlaue for donation.
And that will be what I will do for my excess of color reindeer!

 

I choose to use one accomplishment to spark your attention: As a totally free farm, this farm was taken to the TOP 10 CC holders in the game. Thus I am able to arrive at a correct response for the answer to 1 + 1 equals. The following is my opinion. This opinion and strategy can be very very wrong or very very right.

Yes I joke about it and make fun of the thought of a temporary breeding animal. (That is for your entertainment.)

The reindeer strategy used was to slowly collect reindeer over time. No I have never bred a reindeer. The strategy was simple as funds would be sunk: Gather as cheap as possible and later dump them on the market. Risk of loss was considered to be very little if any due to prices in general moving higher very slowly. And now with increased velocity

There was too much disorganization with prior reindeer breeding to invest in more than 25,000 reindeer. Breeding reindeer were removed with ccs and ep given... then massive complaints .... the reindeer booked back to barns ... individuals can simply keep the few ccs and ep. nah nah nah nah ... confusion over nothing orrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr was this only a test?

There are many animals in the game now where temporary breeding is quite possible to initiate. I do not know the exact plan by developers. Yet the possibility exists.

From all comments read in this forum and in others, there is high dislike for the removal of the breeding reindeer at the event end. I da care, this farm will dump all but one reindeer: The special reindeer named Boho (named to always remind me of a wonderful person to us all).

Many ideas remain not thought though but there is the obvious to me, right or wrong: Give large amounts of power feed away and then take most of it away with any temporary breeding animal (in this case reindeer) and then hit the credit cards hard with breeding .... in this case the other breeding appears to be the anaconda. And this is the payoff on the way for BP.

I view this as a nice scheme designed fairly decently by a for-profit enterprise. Yes many can and will complain about a small issue without seeing the big picture. No I cannot and do not fault the effort being made by this enterprise. This is only a game to us but real life for this gaming enterprise.

Anaconda breeding

Nice thought. I have not been totally convinced that the breeding of anaconda is not temporary or that it is permanent. A few more days and the answer will become clear. Also, there are other goals and objectives which are sought to be met by the game team that does affect us as players.

No problem with power feed sales as anaconda breeding is set to arrive quickly. One can now breed very quickly but must have the power feed. Sales! Enough about power feed.

Just the thought of anaconda breeding has caused prices of not only the anaconda but other items to escalate very rapidly. See it and play it then one wins. Don't and one will simply become victimized in this game, easy.

This type of price movement does not occur overnight. What I saw while heading to the TOP 10 CC holders has become real to me and a strategy implemented. I stayed for a month or so in the TOP 10 and left voluntarily. Why? I know that holding massive amounts of ccs results in only loosing every single day in an inflationary environment which is what exists and what previous actions within the game has lead to. (Please believe whatever you want and rationalize it however you want if you can, some cannot and do not see there are losers in nearly all games.)

So the announcement of anaconda breeding assists greatly with a game wide market price explosion to appear. (I was not strong enough to hold this barn while holding massive amounts of ccs. Impossible for the farm to invest in say 42,000 otter or a million pears or 1.5 million apples and on and on.) To visit and leave was my decision and then to reinvest quickly was the strategy. The En Forum players are a force within this game to be respected. We take that respect.

The anaconda feed change

I can only say nice try to fool many but some know the game. With another slight change, anaconda feed was reduced from using four (4) chickens to two (2) with game balance being the offered reason. Even time to produce feed was drastically cut.

Well where do two chickens go? The egg farm which is really unprofitable to use requires two (2) chickens.

• previous demand breeding of frogs
• frog feed uses eggs
• dart frog being given away by fuzzles
• frogs and frog feed requires eggs
• eggs have been called for in previous events (a very few but enough for a slow drain)
• the fox and feed
• all sorts of artisan products

Asked for egg farms from people during gift and trade over a year ago. Sure many laughed and sent the useless egg farms and this farm probably has 44 today and now over 250,000 eggs too.

And all this relates to prices and the chicken too. This farm has had extreme difficulty keeping 75,000 chickens during the last few months.

With what may be regarded and insane broke logic, actions taken have resulted in huge profits for this farm.

The profits have been so huge and so quick that I cannot keep up with the changes.

I don't care if other players get angry when I take over a section of the market or write an igm and ask how much for how many. But this is real. The other day the farm cleared the market of every single item to do with an egg, breeding animals and artisan products included. The immediate effect was egg prices nearly tripled and have fallen back to twice their previous level. ..... much more

I see much more to this reindeer breeding event than simply frustrations being exhibited by a temporary breeding animal event.

Maybe we should consider a little more than the obvious.

Recyclo event

Yes it plays a pay in this big picture of broke nonsense.

I watched as parrot feather prices had reached a rate which made cow milk a somewhat competitive donation item at times. Collecting over 200,000 cow milk required daily purchases as well as over 50,000 cows.

• Is this the still useless cow milk production pen coming into light?
• Will the result be further price explosion?

back to normal: ahhhhhhhhh May I borrow a cup of power feed to give my chickens a little treat?

 

I do not produce egg in workshop for years.
When I stop? after I got egg tree and then XXL egg trees.
1 workshop can place 4 trees.
Same on cow milk tree and goat milk tree.,honey tree...as well as the
most powerful: parrot feather tree.
When I find that I had got over 10k feather, Everytime when quest ask for
baha product, I just donated them without a thought!

I think that’s why BP stop offer product tree in wonder tree series anymore.
It just make farmer lower interest on making workshop and their upgrade!
That mean a lot of relevant sales fade out!

 

broke you are really good at swinging the hammer you hit that nail right on the head. We can get ticked BUT why hate this is their (BP's) living after all; as you stated.
We have full control over how we choose to play the game. A lot of fun can still be had when playing the game as FREE, however; like most things in life sometimes it can be even more fun if we had money to just throw away.

That said, not throwing any money away, I finished the Reindeer game and still have 170 PF left and hope to gain some more before the Anaconda Breeding starts.

Hello @Neddy38 ,
Not long ago BP added to the Tree of Wisdom, a couple of the special trees BUT you can only get one each and it is not the full series.
You can get the Cow and Goat Milk, Honey, Egg, and Pheromones.
You can not get any of the Artisan trees such as Salt, Sugar, or Wire or the special Parrot Feather tree that one is not offered either.
