    OK, first..

I find it more than strange to FORCE people to do three other events to obtain the necessary viking drops. Players who haven't opened the anaconda statue yet, are completely left out. UNFAIR !!
Or is it BP strategy, that people then have to buy the baskets for Ingrid, to get the necessary viking broth?
I am playing for more than two years now and have taken part in Ingrids axe throwing more than once, but this is the first time, that the broth is coming from other independent events.
Correct me, if I am wrongBP please don't ever do it again, as you would loose a lot of players, and with them your (presumably) so much needed income stream!.

I love this event. No wait, I used to love this event and you just ruined it by forcing me to do a breeding event for an animal I have a phobia of so can’t bear to look at them let alone breed them. Thanks BP for ruining everything :sleepy:

And wow how to pee off your players as 20 Broths available from first two announced events...Guessing we have to do third event too to get further 20 Broths needed BUT it would be great to know all facts before we commit to first two events...
Hey ho keep us in the dark.. :(

At the start of this event the Game Team did provide the moderators (and thereby the players too) only 2/3 of the info needed to plan ahead. ALL info about Viking Broth rewards in the upcomming Hidden Object Birthday Event is missing. It makes the posted inital FAQ worthless and isn't acceptable in any way as it leaves moderators and players without valuable knowlegde and game play options.

Leaving out this info now forces and demands players to get the max Viking Broth rewards in 2 other Events, which therefor both need to be completed in full. This is a type of rulesetting and dictatorship by a Game Team which I can not understand and definately will not accept if continued.

Add me to the players who think this is misleading, unfair and just plain stinks.

Not cool BP not cool. I have been playing this game now for 3+ years, maybe 4+ years, & I have noticed a theme. BP is pushing out players one by one because each event is truly tied to the players RL wallet. Who has the time to sit at their computer all day long playing a virtual game to ensure one can earn the winning reward? If it wasn't for the farm players....

Too many events, and this time too many events reliant upon each other. :sleepy:-.-:(:wuerg:

I think that by pushing out so many events in such a frantic way, you have just ruined most of them. For example, the Viking event used to give at least one unique Ingrid giver and the prizes in the store were a kind of a treat. Now we have to participate in three events (one of which we know nothing about) to even get what we need to participate, and the prizes (aside from the Pink Goose stable) seem repetitive and ho hum, maybe because farmwheel spins, wonder stables and trees, and marginal givers tied to marginal cloud rows (crate of Country Coins?? Seriously?) are just more of the same old busywork. At this point, Farmerama feels more like a job than a game.

What happened to the one free game that we used to get for the Ingrid event? Don't we get that now?

Again, the negatives surrounding all these events have sort of ruined what is an absolute favorite for many players . I personally look forward to Ingrid's visits as much as any other recurring feature, and this one is as rewarding. Personally I like the Crates o' Coins, because I have had great luck with them, literally millions of CCs. But the endless string of Cloud Rows is tedious. I now have something like 79 pages of rows. If I did not have the full harvester function, there is no way I would ever harvest them. I agree that the game is feeling like a full time job. I love this game, and I do make time for it, but lately, I make less effort than I have in the past, and have skipped many events because the rewards do not stand up to the work involved. Make your events more accessible, and the happy players will tell their friends and since we all know that the number of players drives the advertising revenue associated with the game, you could have benefits without alienating your players by trying to pull money out of their wallets. Instead, you are losing players by the handful, which drives your advertising revenues down, which means you have to make your money directly from your players - which is not the way it is supposed to be. All the world over, entertainment is funded through advertising, and that makes it possible to offer it to all, not only to the wealthy, as it used to be, long ago. Get with the times. Happy players=more players=advertising revenue=bottom line. Gouging your player=fewer players=less revenue=downward spiral and closing of the game.

I also agree with comments above. As far as buying the baskets alot of us are on limited income and cannot afford and will not buy them. @ and 3 events at the same time has ruined it for many. I am the only one left in my family that hasn't given up and farmerama but at this rate won't be far behind the rest. There are too many free games to put money into something that is just a game and we get nothing for it.

Ok so the other 2 events that were running alongside Viking event has finished, unless you have kept a few broths in reserve to play game then what is the point of this event still been available. There is a 48 hour impasse where nothing is happening.
I would of loved to of been in the planning meeting on this as obviously you needed someone there who knew what they were doing.
I am not going to be able to play 40 mini games because of the 'medium' rated polar event to impossible for me to complete.
Need to get a grip BP pretty sharp or else.

I like that warrior Viking bird too. Funny how it flies. :) That connection of 3 different event's flowing into Viking is a double sided issue but fundamentaly good. I've been ignoring most events recently and here is my take on this one. I wanted to play snakes anyway, so got 10 free games on Viking, which gives me some nice rewards of my choice. In this way it was a freebie. So far so good. Polar party got ignored, and the 3rd event might get ignored also. But even if it ends as it is, I got my benefits and my bit of fun already, so can't really complain.

When I first started playing, I tried my level best in every event that came along. Being a new player, of course, meant that I never got very far …. but that was OK.

In this past year {or maybe a bit longer}, I've done very few quests because of the steep requirements & marginal rewards. There are some events, however, such as this one, that I eagerly await.
I was devastated & >:( to see that the outcome of Viking Saga rested entirely upon 3 unrelated events.
I :inlove::inlove::inlove: Ingrid, her off key warble & her energetic axe throwing! Why oh why did you decide to absolutely ruin one of the best events you've ever come up with???

This is the worst decision that you/ BP have ever made with this game and I have seen some big blunders by you. The Viking game is the greatest mini game, but you have ruined it.

I enjoyed the game aspect itself, but good LORD - the convoluted way in which it has been necessary to try and get the broth is ridiculous. Unless you pay real money to play the game, you are not going to get very far. As someone who has only come back in the last week or so after YEARS away from the game, I have not obviously had the necessary amount of golden bananas to unlock the breeding feature, so that ENTIRE portion of the game was pretty much useless to me. Yes, I could get the eyes from other breeding - but I literally used every single bit of power feed I had (almost 200), and I believe I ended up with less than 20 eyes total from breeding other animals and with the birthday event, because of how ridiculously long the crops take and how many are needed to make an album, the number I can make to use in the event will mean that I will only get THREE of the available broths in that event. So, overall a complete and utter disappointment for this event as well.

I agree with all of the above. I really like the Viking game but playing it this way has taken the enjoyment out of it. I'm nowhere near going to finish it.
