Feedback "The Homeless" Event Quest

Sorry to my fellow players but this is bugging me now.....this event has a drop that can be donated as a gift so along with the other event running at same time that is 3 gifts but only one that we can give to our neighbours.

Again, this event looks very reasonable - except for the fact that it involves using a lot of animals a lot of players will not have, right as you introduce them for sale in the shop for BBs... which is questionable business practice at best and a form of coercion at worst... but WHY must we have this event while another one is already running? For YEARS your players have been asking for a slower event rate, so that we can love the events again like we used to - and instead, you just keep adding to them. It is NOT making more people buy things. What happens is, new players come in, they are excited, they buy, then they see that they will ALWAYS have to buy, because new players get ZERO chance to build up their farms, and within a month they are gone. Whoever is in charge of the business end of things here is very short sighted, and that is no way to build an entity that has a genuine profit margin. Just ask all the dot coms that shot up - and then crashed - vs IBM and companies that have been around for a long, long time - slow and steady wins the race every time, in the long run.

I'm just plain fed up with multiple events at one time. Your events really aren't bad events, it's just that I am just tired of having so much to concentrate on. I spend way too much time on something that is a GAME. Also, a few events utilizing mini games within them can be fun but let's break the monotony of it being a part of every event lately. A person can't even skim the FAQ any more to get a gist of an event. You have to read it multiple times to understand all the parts. That also takes time.

I'm not going to fret this event and do some normal farming. If I feel inclined, I might do a few levels, but frankly, I'm not psyched to do these next events because I'm tired of thinking and planning for this game. I've already stopped paying premium on my other farm. I'm getting real close to doing the same with this one. If, when, I make that decision, I'll also make the decision to stop playing all together. I like the game but NOT what you are doing to it and your players.

 

Not even going to be able to begin this quest -- it's asking me for animals and crops I don't yet have.

 

1. I don't mind having more than one event/quest running at a time because it allows me to better utilize my buffs but I would like a break in between events so that I can rest; replenish my inventory, etc. In order to participate fully in the events/quests it seems like Farmerama has become a dictatorship -- telling you what to plant and when -- forget about planting what you need to build up inventory or finish a quest. This event only allowed me to replenish Baha tree fruit because I had to fill my fields with trees to get the drops.

2. Why was manure given as a reward for the Mystery or Herbs Event? Only a small amount was needed to grow the event crops because they could only be grown from seeds received from the crates and Baha fields were filled with trees because of the Homeless Quest.

Didn't finish this one and didn't skip some steps to get the EP Giver. Just getting tired of the game anymore. I have been playing since 2010 so I would hate to just quit but I have been thinking about it for some time.
