Here is an update to yesterday's technical issues and prolonged maintenance:

Abuse of the exploit: We are currently in the situation that those users who drastically misused the bug leveled up enormously and gained a huge advantage. We are working on a solution to remove level ups from the users accounts which abused the exploit. This is a complex task and we cannot give you specifics about when it will be completed.

BB Tree: There were users who misused the bug and have gained extra Barnyard Bills. We have identified those users and the Barnyard Bills will be deducted from their account. If they already spent the BB, they may have a negative balance.

Golden Bananas: There are also reports of users receiving too many Golden Bananas. Those extra Golden Bananas will be removed from accounts.

More information regarding compensation will follow.

Here is another update with information regarding the next steps for the accounts that exploited the bug yesterday.

We will run 2 scripts for minimizing the damage regarding the abuse of the exploit:
Information on how the two scripts will work:

1. Script for fixing too much mainland EP:
   • All users who received more than one level Up between yesterday’s sync and the second maintenance
   • We reduce the users' EP by the difference in EP needed between the first reached level and the last reached level and update the level accordingly
   • We remove the stars and BB based on the difference between the current level and the level after the removal of EP, the Crate O' Wonder Trees which were obtained will be deducted manually, as well as the content after the user opened those – this can take a while though as it will be done manually
2. Script for fixing too much TEP:
   • All users who received more than one level Up between yesterday’s sync and the second maintenance
   • We reduce the users' TEP by the difference in TEP needed between the first reached level and the last reached level and update the level accordingly
   • We remove the Golden bananas based on the difference between the current level and the level after the removal of TEP

This way we don’t remove EP/TEP that the user received after the exploit was fixed.

Furthermore we will ban users who massively abused the bug until Monday morning at 10 am. The bans will be executed tomorrow during the day.
