On first view, the prizes look pretty good and the mini game looks like it could be fun. :)

On the other hand, it is a holiday weekend and, though the event is an extra day longer than other events, the requirements to get the better prizes are way too high even for people who can harvest at least four times every day let alone those who have other things planned. :(

I am one who can harvest when I want and, without missing out on sleep, I will be unable to reach those heady heights of level 80 - so I will be taking this one slow and steady with no stress. It's not possible so I am not going to try too hard. -.-

I will, however, aim for 70 games just so I actually finish something - very frustrating when there is no end result, just growing, milling and throwing. 8)

Edit: I would also like to add that the crop time is neither short nor long and makes it difficult to do more than three harvests a day! If it were a 4 or 5 hour crop, I would be able to finish this event but as it is, I am not going to be to-ing and fro-ing from my computer for about 15 hours a day. :sleepy:

    Pros:
Good prize selection in the event shop

    Cons:
Requirements are too high even for the cloud row but are way out of proportion to reach beyond to the additional rewards on the prize list
Mill time for time booster is too long as it ties up the mill completely between harvests
The design requested doesn't stay up long enough prompting to click on the rabbit again to display the pattern which uses up time

    Good:
I finally have the Ahuehuete tree.
I have a chance to get the Zebra stall.

    Bad:
    Long mill time.
When I click on the paint color it doesn't always stay so I usually have to click on the same color more than once which eats up the time clock. I have had to use the time extension in order to get the maximum points because of this.

I am liking most about this event.
I like the design of the mini game, that we can change something if we goof the design, that we can click on the bunny and look at the design again, and the design of it. I like the list of prizes we can win.

Not liking the actual list of prizes that goes on well beyond the cloud row into the realm of impossible to reach unless pack purchases are made.

Also think it is a bit difficult if we are doing family time this holiday weekend.

I'm not even halfway to the cloud row so the requirements are too high, which is par for the course these days. The prizes and store items are nice but some seem a lot higher cost than in past events, which is also not surprising. I'm not too concerned that I'm not going to finish this one, which is further sad proof that my care for the game is waning. Thanks for curing my Farmerama OCD.

I am the same, Laurelei. I have always attempted to finish events, no matter what. I like events and up to about six months to a year ago, I finished most of them - sometimes to the detriment of home harmony!

I used to attack events with the same strategy - it should be do-able and I will work out the tactics later! These days, I do the maths first and if it is too far out, I do what I can - if I get anywhere near finishing, I might up the anti. I still like to finish but it is getting increasingly impossible. :(

I will not even make the 70 games for this event so no CR for me. Tant pis (means "too bad" in French in case you think I am swearing!). 8)

Oh, and just to add insult to injury, without really trying, I have collected enough Paint Tubs to make another 52 more Egg Painting Sets and as I have played 38 games so far, I would have easily made the CR and got lots more prizes ... go figure! How well would I have done if I really tried? And with two more days to go.:wuerg:

I used to strive to finish the events, getting up at all hours and obsessing when I needed to be away for some reason. I used to try to get every single cloud row since they were introduced. Family didn't like it. Now, I just do what I can and really don't care. I spent Easter with my family and not the game. I don't see the need to power level with the cloud rows and all the extra purchases or events that are impossible without purchasing baskets, givers, cloud rows etc.

Got the CR but requirements are too high for a Medium rated event. It used to be you could finish events if you put in long hours of game time or if you went the other way and bought baskets, sg, etc.

Now it seems you have to do both. This really is making everyone lose interest in the game.

Like most people above, I enjoyed this event, and I did appreciate that the drop rate was really lovely. The crop requirements were very high if you have any form of a life. The prizes were good, the chance to get a couple of elusive rare trees etc, but it's just so discouraging that events lately are really, really hard to finish. I am another who always finished events, even to the extent of sometimes harvesting in the middle of the night, but I'm just weary of that, and now I do what I can do, which is not enough usually. Frustrating, very frustrating, because we've been saying exactly the same things for two years now. I do see a change in the drop rates, so I believe our comments are read - but let me reiterate - happy players will spend more money. Feeling like we HAVE to spend money makes us all really reluctant to part with any of it.

I mostly like this event. The prizes were really nice.

Pros: I really liked that drops could come from everywhere, it meant I could grow event crop non-stop. I liked having a way to extend the game to get maximum points every time, from a mill item.

Cons: I needed to grow event crop non-stop due to the outrageously high requirements to mill an item. The time required to mill the time extender was outrageously high, no time to mill anything else between games.

Due to my computer problems, I crashed a few times during painting an egg. Luckily I started right back up when I entered the event and lost no time.
