I am quite enjoying this event ... the requirements aren't too excessive and the prizes are pretty good. :)
Another positive is that we can decide whether to do the whole event or just part(s) of it. :music:

In comparison to some recent events, this one is okay with me. I am hoping that the move towards events which can be achieved without putting the rest of one's life on hold is a permanent change. :D

I agree as well with the comments above. I just finished the event-all parts of it.

The only caveat I have to the above is that I don't have plumeria unlocked in the temple yet. I could not go further with the right side because of it.

It seems lately you have been gearing events to long time players who have everything open in Baha and most everything in the mainland. -.-

Except for the items you just added to the temple, I only have items in the last 2 chambers left to open. Another event I couldn't do because I don't have everything open and tons of GB to open things when new content is added. -.-

baw815 I have to disagree. I am a long term player and this is yet another failure on my part to get the CR. I do agree that it greatly improves your chances if you have all the areas open but it is a business so their main objective is sales regardless of your level.

I guess I could have got it if I bought baskets, received harvest boosters from the farm wheel, cleared everything off my fields entirely to just grow event crops, etc. But I didn't because I am tired of doing that. I also could have chosen to go get the EPs on the left and right side and then go for the CR. If I was able to get it then I could return to complete the left and right sides.

Maybe it is just me. Since the addition of crates (especially cc's) I have pretty much bought my way through the quests and farmed event crops. Although it might be fun to have millions of dollars in real life to buy whatever you want it seems to take the fun out of the game because buying crops, etc. in the market is the only way I am able to complete the quests -- there just isn't enough free time given to do so.

Since I have passed Level 200 I find that I am completing fewer events.

I think that I should be able to complete an event that uses 3 fields with my 2 fields because of the number of hours I put in (other players have work and/or family so they can't put in the number of hours I do). I was clearing fields but realized that it was just a trap to encourage buying baskets, SG, etc.

Now BP has introduced another trap -- events/quests where you receive items needed to finish the next event/quest.

I think I will start sitting out events. Who knows maybe I will even get a life as a result.

I appreciate and agree with most of the comments by baw815 and nm561.

I'd just like to add another - quite relevant - point: This is a game, and to continue to use good business practices, BP should be encouraging its players and being friendly to newbies in order to: not just grow its business, but keep its longtime players happy and wanting to continue to play...and therefore spend $$.

BP has become sorely lacking in these good business practices.
Therefore - either they are very poor businessmen and do not care about their Reputation, *or there is some other (hidden) reason for their lack of consideration and respect for their customers.....especially their longtime base of players*....and their obvious turn toward excessive greed....at any cost to a once 'Top-of-the-Line' game.
    Sounds pretty serious to me...

    Any ideas, anyone??

How about you, BP??? Your comments/explanations would be highly welcome, helpful, and valued.....
