So if you haven't got judas blossom you can't progress very far ? Why choose such a special tree ?

 

There are three rare tree fruits included - on the plus side, they are on the Diamond levels so you can continue, on the negative side, they are the levels that give the most Bird Houses so probably this will stop all those who haven't got all these three fruits.

Edit: Why are we unable to gift the drops? These events go from the sublime to the ridiculous - sometimes we have to choose from up to four event drop gifts to none. Seriously wonder what is going on.
Further edit: No drops from our Magic Trees either!

 

I am all for rare tree fruits being included in events, so that people can get extra things. But to put it so that if you don't have one, you are stuck with just doing the silver and gold levels on the first part, and then you are stuck - that is just wrong. I have plenty of CCs and could go buy stuff in the market - but since cottonwood seeds are going for greater than 400000CCs in my market, it just aggravates me that the devs put two rare fruits that more than half the players don't have. It's just petty and small, and the prizes, while fine, are not sufficient to motivate me to make this effort. So, instead of giving us a really nice event that we could play without disrupting our farms, which is a lovely concept, you've once again done something that makes the players feel diminished. All you had to do, was to keep those rare things in the diamonds levels, and not have the rewards be necessary to move forward, and this event would have been two thumbs up.

 

My baharama playing space is almost totally unlocked and I only have trees in all three areas. I have all the rare trees required for this quest, but, the drop rate is incredibly slow and frustrating; something like 1 drop for every 4 trees harvested. I am baffled as to why you can't gift the drop item and it fits the recent pattern of events being set up to frustrate rather than encourage.

I sold my surplus of Rambutan, Cottonwood seeds and to a much lesser extent Judas blossom for a huge profit, but, as grateful as I am to my customers, the rewards of the quest are not worth it in my humble opinion.

 

I agree, but I too am thankful to my customers. I am so much richer, I dont think I have ever sold so many CC's worth in trees in one event.

I also agree the drop rate is slow and wonder why the drops are not giftable.

I like the fact we didnt have a crop to grow, love those type of events. Thumbs up for that!

 

I agree with most of the above; a lot of donations needed for unspectacular rewards. We don't have room for more givers anyway, so I'm not too concerned that I am not going to be able to finish this event because of the drops.

I also don't understand why we can't gift drops, but we did complain about too many choices of gifted drops, so I guess we're reaping the backlash from that--interesting how our feedback is only heard and used in a punitive and not a constructive or creative way.
