I'm having trouble unlocking/activating up the Vending Machines - any clues. I have the items to open them but clicking and clicking, no joy!

 

Hi, Illy. Every vending machine has a corresponding shovel. Just match the color on the handle with the color of the markings on the snowmen blocking the vending machine. The shovel will remove the snowmen and you can then activate the machines. Hope I explained that clearly enough - it really confused me when I was trying to get to the machines.

How do you get the scissors? Did I do it in the wrong order and now I'm in trouble? I paid in the items and got the power feed and the scissors are still sitting there and I cannot get to the next level.

Nevermind. Looks like I didn't pay in the crops on that block - skipped it. Now I gotta wait to harvest more crops. ugh.

 

Joan, how did you unlock the vending machine? I went right up to it and the unlock button on the previous square was nowhere. I thought; Great! another dead end. what is this?

How do you get started on level 2?
Nevermind I think I found it - space 6 - need more junk to open

 

CR up on this and my AmySue52 farms. Zone 2 complete, now time to go for the extra bits. Landing on a 100% then 200% really helps with the crop numbers.

 

Done, fini, finito - all three levels - oh, goody!! Drops were good this time so the struggle was just growing all the event crops - so. many. crops

Its a good cloud row. But I have missed it. Might be missing many more events in next 2 months.
Except for breeding events. So I have put EP givers all through out my fields.

 

One more harvest to cloud row, then will see how much extra I want to do. Congrats to those finished and best of luck to those still in pursuit!

 

All done except one square not cleared, just short 400 crops but as reward was only 2 Farm Supply Crates, I didn't bother planting the remaining crops and got back on with normal crop growing for the increasingly impossible FS Quests.
Not as bad as I thought it would be to complete but a couple of +1's on FW certainly helped.

Hi dear friends, I need some 'snow must go on' gifts. If possible send me some.

 

Unbelievably, after two miscalculations, I am 9 crops short to finish this event. Thankfully we have another day left so I will probably just let them grow overnight without any special attentions given to them. How did I get it wrong ... again!

Still, I am very happy to be near to finishing this event. I did find it quite challenging and had to try to harvest four times a day despite having 24 hours of +100% crop harvest during the event (a prize won in the Season Pass event*). Hard was definitely was the right category.

Edit: *Not true, I bought it on the last event with some of my Star Coins!

I thought I wouldn't make crop requirements for this - so I used a buff I had won in the past for 100 on crops. I got crop requirements no prob. Made it to cloud row.
Passes are my issue at the moment - I didn't play until Sat or Sun - Didn't know the passes were a thing. (ps didn't read the faqs close enough). Still managed to get most of the prizes I wanted.

 

Got the cloud row by the skin of my teeth. Didn't get to the special level at all, but at least I got the CR.
