I'm loving the look of this event already ... 450 PF needed (less 105 given in prizes), not too high, PF Sale and BB coinciding with the start of the event (and longer than 12 or 24 hours!). Just what we have always asked for.
Plus there are some pretty good prizes too!

Cat and Hound Sharks? Let's be real... and honor the Mako, or bullhead, or the Whale Sharks.

Thanks for a breeding event which allows to make all the requiered EV donations with regular animals only.

 

Until recently I was away for a while as I absolutely lost interest in the game.
Too many events with ridicoulous amounts of animals/plants etc required.

This one seems really to be the exeption.
450 PF for the breeding of the necessary badges is an amount I haven't seen for a long time as well as pretty good prizes as rewards.
So it really looks like, as if BP has finally listened to the players. We will see, where it goes in the future, but for now all thumbs up from me!

 

The event was fine, no surprises.

I really wish you didn't telegraph every breeding event. The shark price on my market was 35,000 at the top price.

I know BP makes money on the orange stables before the event so I shouldn't bother to voice my opinion.

When you take out the possibility of major shifts in fortune by the quests it takes out a challenging part of the game.

Then there is an endless chase of the latest animal. That devalues every other animal on the field. So what's the point of this nice pink shark? How many times can the shark, or any other animal, show up in a quest in a way that is really going to benefit me.

On the one hand every animal is devalued by the appearance of a parade of new animals, and on the other hand Bigpoint is telling everyone what to raise which further devalues the animal value during the quests.

It give me a bit of an existential crisis where the game is concerned. Why buy anything until you need it if the price variations are minimal? Why sell anything? Why keep an inventory?

For some the pursuit of EP might be enough, but for me that is the most expensive and the the most boring goal possible. No one, including myself cares what level I am.

In the past I wanted enough inventory to do the quests plus make some extra cc here and there during the quests. Now, I am having trouble developing a strategy because I have no goal.
