    Confirm your E-mail Address
    * How can I know if I have confirmed my e-mail address?
    If you haven't confirmed your e-mail address, you will be asked to do so in the Account Settings window. You will not be able to change any account settings (e-mail, password, subscribe to newsletter, change account settings language, enter birth date) until you successfully confirm your e-mail address. Confirming your e-mail address is very important for your account's security. By confirming the e-mail address, your account will be safe and protected, as the only way of changing the account information is by approving the changes via your e-mail account.
    * How can I confirm my e-mail address?
    To confirm your e-mail address, you need to access the Account Settings and follow these steps:

    Enter your e-mail address, and your Farmerama account password, NOT your e-mail password, then click on the "Next" button.

    A confirmation e-mail will be sent to the e-mail address assigned to the account. Please make sure you check not only your Inbox, but your Spam folder as well.

    In the e-mail you received, please click on the "Confirm e-mail address" link to successfully complete the confirmation process.

    Change your Password
    * How can I change my password?

    To change your password, you will have to click on the "Password" tab in the left menu of the account settings page, and you will see the following screen:

    Choose your new password wisely. You will see the strength indicator as you type in your password, and we highly advise you to choose a very strong password (a mix of lower and uppercase letters, numbers, special characters).

    After entering your password correctly, twice, click on the "Next" button. This will take you to the next step:

    An e-mail will be sent to your e-mail address, which looks like this:

    Please make sure you check not only your Inbox folder, but your Spam folder as well.

    In this e-mail, you will have to click on the "Confirm new password" link to approve the password change.

    Once you have successfully confirmed your new password, you should see the following message, and you can return to your account:

    * How can I choose a safe password?
    When you enter your new password, you will see a strength indicator next to the password field. We highly recommend you to choose a very strong password, which should be a mix of lowercase and uppercase letters, numbers and special characters.

    * What can I do if I don't have access to my old e-mail address anymore?
    If you do not have access to the e-mail address assigned to your account anymore, you will not be able to change your password in game, and you will need to contact the Customer Care Team for further assistance.

    Change your E-mail Address
    * How can I change the e-mail address assigned to my account?
    To change your e-mail address, you will need to have access to both the current e-mail address and the new one that you wish to use, and follow the steps described below.

    In the accounts settings window, select "E-mail" in the left menu, and you will see this:

    In the New E-mail field, enter the e-mail address you wish to assign to the account, and click on the "Next" button to proceed to the next step.

    Also, an e-mail will be sent to your current e-mail address attached to the account:

    Double check the new e-mail address, and click on the 'Confirm e-mail address change' button to proceed to the next step:

    Now, an e-mail will be sent to your new e-mail address:

    Clicking on the "Confirm e-mail address" link in this e-mail will confirm that the details entered are correct and will complete the process of changing the e-mail address assigned to the account, taking you to this success confirmation screen:

    * What can I do if I don't have access to my old e-mail address anymore?
    If you do not have access to the e-mail address assigned to your account anymore, you will not be able to change your e-mail address in game, and you will need to contact the Customer Care Team for further assistance.

    Subscribe to Newsletter
    * How can I subscribe to Newsletter?

    In order to receive our Newsletters, a few things are essential:

    Under all circumstances, the e-mail provided at the registration needs to be valid and confirmed​

    and you need to accept to receive game information.​

    After confirming your e-mail address, you will get a confirmation, so you will know everything is correct:

    Accepting to receive game information (including newsletters) can be done either upon signing up, by accepting to “Receive game information”​

    or at any time by entering the account settings:

    In the account settings, you can select the Newsletter option from the left side menu​

    and then choose to accept receiving newsletters​

    * Why am I not receiving Newsletters?
    The main reasons preventing you from receiving newsletters could be:​
    • The email address has not been confirmed after registering the game account;
    • You did not agree to receive game information (Newsletters), which looks like this:

    • Mailbox is full (Quota exceeded);
    • Email address doesn’t exist / is not active anymore;
    • You have reported in the past the e-mails from Bigpoint as being Junk / Spam;
    • Remember to check your Spam / Junk area – maybe the email landed there ;) ;
    • Particular e-mails with a so-called role based or reserved e-mail addresses cannot receive e-mail as they are blocked by the system we use to send newsletters. This includes e-mails with prefixes such as admin@; privacy@; postmaster@ . You can find the full list here.
    • Some local e-mail providers would try to protect their customers from possible Spam, not allowing any kind of advertising via e-mail.
    * I have checked all the above but I am still not receiving newsletters. What can I do?
    If you fulfilled all above conditions, and you still do not get our newsletters, please get in touch with our customer service for further assistance.​

    Change My Account Settings Language

    * How can I change the language of the account settings text?

    To view the account settings in another language, click on the "Language" tab in the left menu, select your language from the dropdown menu, then press the "Save" button.

    Please keep in mind that this will change only the Account Settings language, not the game language.

    Birthdate
    * How can I enter or change my birth date?
    You can enter your birth date (or change it) by selecting the Birthdate option in the left side menu, then choosing the date, month and birth year, followed by clicking the "Save" button.
