Expiring Givers & Neighbor Gifts Givers

    I don't know if anyone has suggested this before, but it would be nice that any giver or neighbor gift givers that have their charges expire rather than deleting them permanently allowed to be added to the cloud row.

    The art work is always so nice on any of them I always end up keeping one on the field rather than loose it forever. It would be nice to be able to move them to the cloud row only once the charges have finished. This would allow us to keep them and save space in park.
