Thanks Niknar for doing the sums. I'm in for this one, of course, and have got a little SG and SSG to spare so will see how far I get. If I am within spitting distance of finishing, I will up the ante and use a little of that green gold! :D
    Good luck all! ;)

Thanks for starting the thread and crunching the numbers, NikNar!

I'm in...decent cloud row, plus a crate of neon stables and a pink hamster stall? Going to try for all 50 games, too.

Now my advice - especially if this is your first time doing one of these events - these mini-games take a little time to play, so do NOT wait until the last day, last minute to mill and play all the games. I generally save up crops and drops and mill in the evening and then play the mini-games before I retire the farms for the evening...cuz these can be confusing, especially if you're new to this game concept. Once you get the hang of it, it does get easier, not any faster, but easier.

The trickiest part when it's a 'main mill only' for me is to figure out what to mill to keep the main mill running between running event items. With a 5½ hour crop, a single PF with mill subscription is 4½ hours...so we can keep milling PF, to a point.

I so agree pnp! It makes life a little easier when harvesting! I have prepared both mainland and Green meadow with nothing on them but Hydrangeas which is about a 22:43hr crop, the longest I have! I am hoping for a good amount of drops! :) I will then use 1 land for the Blue Printeas and one land for the Flower Cakes and see how that goes! Good luck everyone!

Thanks niknar for the start and overall numbers!

Requirements seem reasonable for the rewards. I'll give this one a go.

To get enough crops + drops to do all the games, doing 3 event crop harvests per day should do the trick.
Blueprints : Flowercake = 2:1 so I'll go by 2 harvests of Blueprints (4 fields) and 1 harvest of Flowercake (2 fields) a day.

Given the short growtime for the event crops, a longer timed overnight crop might be wise to use from the start for extra drops.
Ofc. a decent initial harvest of longtimers helps too :)

I recall the mini game involved takes some time to finish so I won't save up over 5 games to play.

    Stay safe, keep smiling!

I'm going to try the mini game to see if I understand it before I fully commit to the event. Changes to browsers lately have made my touch screen a little problematic with some types of screen manipulation. (My touch pad is getting old and cranky so drag and drop is a major issue.)

If I can do the mini game, I'll do my best to do the event.

Longer plant? Or is it the plant that gives more points?
My idea is that the more points the plant gives, the more drops it gives.

Usually when they take longer to grow, they will have more EP points, but not necessarily in all cases. The majority view is that the longer it takes to grow, the higher the chance of a drop (per plot).

I'm at level 93. I think the most ideal "rose" for this level.

I have longer growing plants but for me the best plant is the hydrangea.

I got in carnations last night on the meadow and they were ready an hour before event start, so they have waited. Not bad, 3 howies and netted 118 drops. Impressed so far. I overshot with my calcs on comfort fields on the main farm and they wont be ready for another 3 hours, but that doesnt matter. Should time in nicely for when I need it. I have no idea what those drops will be like, so I am banking on you lovlies that in the past have mentioned comfort fields give good drops.

Off to use my free jailbreak and see if I can work out that minigame :)

I have 374 from initial harvest of Valerian (I have Hydrangea but this suits me for FSQs later!). I'm happy with that. :)

I tried the mini-game on my two baby farms first - very frustrating until I realised (or memory of previous event returned) that you have to pick up a number of treasures first and then get to the square just before the exit arrow. Each treasure is to be picked up in sequence and if you look very closely and use a very good magnifying glass, you may see the required treasure has a sort of glow around it - that's the one to head for next! :music:

Of course, if I had read the FAQs beforehand I might have worked this out more quickly. It's the squares that I find annoying so I just use any one and go by luck rather than judgement! :D
    Good luck all! ;)
