BigFishGames and the Switch to Unity...

First off, I want to thank everyone at BigPoint that has worked so diligently to prepare Farmerama for the migration to Unity. I know this has been a massive undertaking and BP could have just let this game die with Flash - after all, it is "just a game" (although, there are a good many of us who would argue that it's more of an obsession at this point).

So now to my question: given that I recently had some other issues with BigFishGames, and ultimately was told by the technical staff at BP that my game could NOT be removed from the BFG site, I am very nervous to try and change that farm over to Unity. In non-technical terms, there are, apparently, several things "missing" from BFG hosted farms.

I would rather not have my farm be the 'guinea pig'...and I'm sure no one else with a high-level farm that plays via BFG wants theirs to go first, either.

Have the technicians working on the Unity changeover tried migrating a BFG farm over to Unity? Was it successful?

Many of us who play via BFG are likely wondering the same thing...so if anyone takes the leap and has a way to post here (a second non-BFG farm), please let them post here to let all of us know the outcome of their switch-over.

You are not changing your farm to another host, it is only the platform that runs the game that is changing. You can try to use the new platform to see if it works. You are welcome to talk about this with other players in the Feedback/Discussion thread.
