The Lighthouse - EP only, really?

    Apparently the most important thing to know about the Lighthouse is that it rewards EP only, as stated on the FAQ. Does this mean that crates or cc or other rewards from decorations or giver items that offer such, will not give these if the item is placed on the Lighthouse?

    Thanks for a simple response when you have a moment.

    Hello Sabelyna :)

    There are givers in the game that give EP or TEP depending on where they are placed. Some givers that give EP only can go on Shipwreck Bay and when harvested will give EP for the mainland. The EP only clarification means you cannot collect TEP there. Givers that provide only TEP will have a crossed out circle in your inventory indicating they cannot be placed in the Lighthouse park. Items that give Crates, as well as EP can be placed there.

    Thank you for clarifying the issue for me Farmers.Almanac.

    I seem to have collected a mass of the theme related giver items from farm wheel spins over time, that will reward special crates and farm supplies as well as EP. I will be able to open the entire new Lighthouse area if I choose, and believe this could be very lucrative if all rewards (except TEP) associated with the giver items that I place on the new field are received as expected.

    More importantly, I had not even thought of the EP/TEP issue and you have explained nicely why the FAQ would state such a thing, and possibly touched on a detail that may have confused me down the road, being TEP only items cannot be placed on the new field because they would not give anything, thanks so much...I'm glad that I decided to post this question today.
