Announcement Game Maintenance on Tuesday, 8th of December

Howdy farmers,

We will migrate our backend systems to a new service.​

This means that the game will go into maintenance around 14:30 CET on Tuesday, 8th of December. The maintenance will be activated for up to 6 hours. We do hope that less time is needed and we will inform you as soon as the maintenance has ended.​

A small bonus code will be spread on Wednesday, 9th of December.​

Some additional issues were encountered during maintenance, so it will take longer to resolve. The Game Team is actively working to address the issues, but maintenance most likely will not be complete by 20:30 CET. As the Maintenance took longer than expected and some users faced problems collecting from the DLB and Calender, the following will be done:

• Scripts will run to book the days of winter calendar and DLB later today, for the winter calendar we will compensate if users spent BB to open yesterdays gift and for DLB we will also handle the streak
• We will implement a Layer (starting today at 14:00 CET and ending 10th of December at 22:00 CET) which will grant 4 extra Winter Decks to compensate for the lost preparation time
• Dev Team is working on a fix for the broken Facebook log in
• “not saved credentials” can´t be fixed by the team, users need to save credentials again (or they can restore their passwords via browser settings )

Hello Farmers,

The Game Team has decided to make the doors of Days 8 and 9 of the Winter Calendar free for purchase making it so all players who were unable to open those day receive those days gifts for free. For players who used BB to open the missed days, please contact Support for reimbursement.
