Thanks -shahrzad-20 for starting this thread. ;)

I am hoping that there will be a half price sale at the weekend so we can halve the amount of PF needed (and, of course, a BB) as has become the norm in recent breeding events. I will therefore wait till the weekend. I don't usually take much note of the breeding critters required when it is in a block of equivalent to so many thousands of EV but that does seem quite a lot of breeding animals ...

I like the prizes for each donation but the CR is pretty mwah! Who has the time or the patience to sort out all those CRs that speed up and get more EP from one particular critter. :wuerg:

I may still be smarting from the last event so will think about this one (and the other one for that matter) when I am a little less negative! :music:
Good luck all those going for it and may you be blessed with lots of good (read that high) skips! ;)

There is a gecko terrarium awarded as a prize at Stage Six Diamond Level. So if you don't have one yet, now's your chance to get one for sure (as opposed to hoping with a wonder stable).

The CR is kind of meh, but I'm going for the gecko on all three farms (only sewinglady's has one)... Been milling PF almost non-stop since last breeding event.

There's also Farm Coin A Palooza Wednesday through Friday - and the store has reset - you can get additional PF there!

I was so irritated on my first harvest this morning that I harvested ALL my CR's, including all my breeding ones, so I'm going to hold off on doing any breeding. I'm with Illy and hoping for another discounted breeding period. The CR is not enticing at all the only prize I'm excited about is that neon crate. I'm not sure that is enough of an enticement to give up all those breeding animals for. The season's reward points are also of interest to me. I'll have to think about it some more.

I'll think about the gecko but the CR is not something I want.

This is a disgustingly heavy event considering players really only have 1 field to utilise if they are going to do the other event on the main 2 fields. And unlike the other FSQs you MUST complete both Gold and Diamond levels to even progress to the second level. And so on. This farm will be fine but other players without a stash of those particular animals, possibly even level 2 will be unobtainable.

And that teeny tiny baby boom...... 4 hours (starting 9pm here, midnight for other Aussie players) is ridiculous. Hopefully there will be another.
    Thanks -shahrzad-20 for the numbers.

Now that I've had time to calm down from the last event and really look at this one it does not interest me. I'm going to give it a pass. I still hope there is a longer baby boom and discount day as I have my own breeding projects to work on.

Clash, I always combine my own breeding projects with any breeding event. Especially if it is half price! ;)

since I have four farms and none finished the last event, I think I will be sitting both of these out. I already finished the season rewards and got gecko stables on all four so nothing to earn either way. i think I will farm for a week the way I want to. Maybe since BP doesn't listen to us when we complain we should all sit out events until they start making changes. I sure am not spending any more real money on game.

I too will sit out both events. Until BP sort out the continuous pauses and log-outs in the game I am going to just do what I can.

Another Game Team failure to make a somewhat reasonable event.

CR gives a whooping 500EP extra on a Neon Chameleon Stable, but only when the harvest is done in the timed frame of 2 hrs after harvesting the CR.

Given the amount of PFs and animals needed the inbetween prizes are very meh as well.

    What a joke.

I will skip this event. I think the awards are not attractive.

SL's farm is finished - CR up and running (big whoop-dee-doo, but there you have it). This farm and the teenager farm are only doing part of the event - to get the season points. Then I'm calling it quits. Clashstrummer pointed out to me that if I get level 39 of the season, I get the gecko stable. Works for me and a lot less power feed. Almost there on this farm, the teenager farm just got it.

Not sure if this is the same on all farms but I did a little breeding and found the following: Coconuts were awarded for breeding lynx, elephants, hamsters and bears; flippers for peacocks, geese, parrots and cuckoos; tubs for chameleons and anacondas. If this holds true and you only want to do part of the quest, you might want to focus breeding as needed.

I got 75 party tickets today from the "thank you" giver, up to now it had only been 1 per crate. :) Then I won a Red Sawmill as well as a Red Cardboard Box workshop, both of which were part of my breeding plans and I didn't even have to spend any PF. :D I still have plenty of tickets too so that has really cheered me up considerably. :)

    Good luck all!

I'll do this for the gecko, I got the one from the season (and no season pass necessary, just making sure to do daily customers ;) ) but two are always better than one.:) I've got well over 3000 PF saved up from event rewards, quests, and non-stop milling, so no worries on that front. I never really have a breeding strategy, just whatever an event calls for, lol, so I'll probably work at getting the animals required to finish this event. I too failed to finish the last event, not even attaining the CR  (but many thanks and hugs to those who tried to help me get there :inlove: ), so at least I know I can finish this one. Will have to wait until at least Friday, tho, as slept thru mini-BB today. xD I am confident they will have BB this weekend, tho I don't know about discount. Have fun with your farms, everyone, no matter what you choose to do!
