Weight to go!

I have, too, been overwhelmed at times with the landslide of events, but BP has, for the most part, limited the events to certain fields allowing us to continue normal farm chores on other fields. Events used to take all the fields of a certain type (mainland, tropical or MM) but now at least one or more of them are available to keep farming for quests, farm orders or inventory building.

That being said, it also seems to be the new trend to exclude stables and workshops from event drops which causes a bit of trouble especially when the drop rate is low. I prefer to keep my storage facilities out all the time so have to work around that particular issue.

Events also seem to regularly be listed as Medium to Hard. I love a challenge but don't want one every event. Event fatigue happens for me so I'm now choosy about which ones I do so I can enjoy my farm and not always feel like I'm chasing a tiger that I can't catch

WHY???? But why?!!

 

This last week was full on. Borsty on 2 fields ( and you needed them), breeding event taking up the Glade, but that really could have done with more space, then they threw in a mini 9hr workshops on top of that!! I totally ignored that. It was like they were taunting "I dare you to rip something out". Pretty sure illy said she did

The teenager farm got the 52nd star coin late yesterday, so all is well on my farms. This farm got a Tule tree from one of the wonder trees! Dang near fell outta my chair!

 

Congratulations, dumbunny! I also managed to get a Tule, and 2 dormouse stables, yay! And still have 9 mystery pens to put out at a later date.

Thank you ct and 12ss12, I'll try that next time I load the game (if I can remember ). I guess I hadn't realized you could X out.

Good attitude, pnp, I think many of us have gone from oh goodie, another event!!! to oh goodie, another event . I think until we convince ourselves it's okay to not do/complete an event, it takes the joy out of farming. Glad I seem to have reached that threshold for most events. It would be nice if we got some nice, easy events for a change, wouldn't it. You're right, we haven't seen one of those in quite a while, which I'm positive discourages young farms who can't compete well yet.

 

Wow, so lucky. I didn't get anything good at all, only yellow and orange normal pens and XL/XXL normal trees.

 

Don't pay any attention to me, Shimmer. I thought I had the Tule, turned out it was a honey locust - how's that for being a dork . Still happy tho, I didn't have a honey locust so it's all good.

 

I got one tule tree and nary a dormouse. Glad for all who received a better return.

 

I always do better on trees than stables, I got 3 honey locust, 1 white poplar, and several XXL trees. All of them were newer trees for me although I'm always happy to add an XXL tree to my coffers. Stables, well I did get a blue jay which has long eluded me but everything else was just orange and yellow.

 

Two dormice is still an excellent result! I will get one sometime soon, I'm sure. It just takes a while sometimes.

 

Haven't put out my trees yet. But 0 on the dormouse. The most exciting thing I got was a red dog kennel. Got 4 yellow guinea pig pens though

 

I know this feeling from piccolo boxes. I also bought 2 piccolo boxes at this event. Again, no BB tree. I understand it's a rare thing. But in 5-6 months, I opened nearly 20 piccolo boxes. It didn't come out of any of them.
