Pirate Gift giving

The gifts are not showing in my seasonal gifts or any where else. Please help so I can use these special gifts for my neighbors. My friends farm has them showing in the seasonal gifts. But they are not there in mine. I have reloaded several times and have logged out and back in trying to fix

I have cleared your server logs and have checked that your special gifts are showing under the "seasonal gifts" tab. Please log out and then back in to see if they now show for you.

I did what you said but they are still not showing.

 

Are you using the Standalone Client or a browser to log in? Can you try a different method of logging in to see if that works. Also make sure you are checking in the "seasonal gift" section, remembering that the gifts are sorted into three groups and they will show on player's farms on different days.

I am using chrome browser. I deleted the standalone because the game kept freezing. The game plays smoother with the browser. My friend just logged into her game on this computer and the gifts are showing in the seasonal gift section on her farm. This is a new computer, less than three weeks old so I do not believe the problem is with my computer. I will send my neighbors regular gifts today and hope we can find a solution to this problem soon. Will check back tomorrow..............bedtime now....good night.

 

I was able to log onto your farm and see the special gifts, so I am unsure why you have not been able to see them. I hope that you can see them tomorrow.
