    6 day event, may 26 - june 1

Earn useful farming goodies the easy way!

Main field and Green Meadow only!

For CR and givers we need 245 Tiles, we get 6 for free at the start. To mill those we need:

    239 * 120 = 28.680 event crops (4,780/day)
    239 * 4 = 956 event drops -Needle 'n Thread- from crops and trees (160/day)

Extra drop -Swap button- not needed but might be handy!

    Drops also from breeding.

Regular strategy. Long time crops on 1x1 prior to event start for best initial event drops. During event long time crops overnight on at least 1 field.

    Stay safe, keep smiling!

+ Corrected the crop totals. Thanks Mika !

Thanks Habalala for starting this thread. ;)

I have started off really well by firstly mis-clicking one field and planting Sweet Clover - not too bad but not the longest crop or one that I need at the moment. Oh well, c'est la vie. Not to be outdone by that mistake, I clicked Yellow Pea instead of Chickpea and as it will be too late for me to plant something when that is ready, I decided to let that one stay in the field and just take my chances with the drops. :p

As is my norm these days, I will do what I can in this event and if I get close, I may pull out more stops, if not, I will just enjoy the mini-game and the extra little prizes. :music:
    Good luck all! :)

OOh!!! It's my favorite event! The SEWING event! Whee!

You know I'm all in on this farm, dumbunny's and sewinglady's. Might do a little event farming on a couple of the baby farms, too.

Problem is that I am ACTUALLY sewing like a crazy mad woman right now. Cut out a dozen aprons last night and am headed downstairs to (wait for it) sew them up.

So I might have to farm and sew at the same time. Hoping my wireless internet reaches/works in the dungeon, er, basement.

I think the calculation is like this:
    239*120=28680 event crops

Don't forget to get both Horticultural Robotics upgrades in the shop if you want a functional CR, as the CR will only accept the fully upgraded Horticultural Robotics II.

Swap buttons now drop from crops as well as trees on both fields, and there is a small chance of receiving one from each breeding process completed. That might make it easier for you to get the fabric tiles you need where you want them than in previous Happy Patches events, but it's up to you.

    I love Puzzle/Strategy Themed Events:D:D

If I remember last time there are 11 Different Patten of Dominos, Each Pattern gives you certain Rewards
    • Blue (Star Coins)
    • Brown (Super Grow)
    • White (EP)
    • Blue Squared (TEP)
    • Orange Blue Stars (CC)
    • Purple (Tools)
    • Lime Green (Super Mulch)
    • Grey (Farm Coins)
    • Green/White Diamond (Super Suzy)
    • Red (Stars)
    • Pokka Dots (Power Feeds)
My strategy is to Choose two preferred Patterns, But Blue is essential in this game as we need many Star coins to get two upgrades for Horticultural Robotics, plus other lovely prizes in Event Shop:D

Try to build longest chain of two patterns if possible linking two corners together, Put the Domino Tile wont extended your preferred patterns [after you have swapped out the tile you are seeking to build bigger rewards of the chosen] into unwanted tile corner ;)

You have one free swap per mini game have up to 5 Swaps maximum per game, You can gain Swap Buttons harvesting your Crops and Trees, Also Breeding Animals Process but winning them are slim:music:

Alternatively you can initiate Instant Harvest Green Goo Refinement Crop Tactic Combo...[Refined SG Love Crop, Fruit Cake, White Innocent, either activate Pharooh Herb's CR or Harvest Festival 2014 CR, Plus two others CR that is SG Booster i cant name them as i missed out getting them]

This would boost your Needle n Thread Drops too, but you only gain 1 each of these per Comfort Field since BP has revamped certain Drops using this tactic, not sure how many swap buttons you can yield per Comfort Field :p

Enjoy and have much fun as you can ;);)

Since this is 4 Hour Crop, it has been very long time we have event crop this short, so +1, 100% and 200% Harvester if you can get them will be more effective ;)

I am NOT having fun, I could't add Carrot Apple Chutney. I tried to add it in different ways and nothing happened. Needed clear cache etc to get game working properly, not just loading or refusing to to do what I wanted. :(

Now I finally have first seeds growing.

I had something weird like that yesterday evening on PM23's farm, Paaryna11 - had to do the F5 refresh and still wasn't a CAC in the diamond buff slot so put one in and went on with farming. Yeesh.

Okay, This is my strategy post. There is a strategy to this game, it's not all luck. You NEED those SWAP BUTTONS. Mooboy was kind enough to post the "fabric=reward key" - and thank you for that.

I don't need tools on my farms. Seriously. So I tend to use and match purple tiles as little as possible. You do want to put as many of the blue (denim) tiles together as you can EVERY ROUND - those get you star coins and as Mooboy also notes, the longer the chain the more rewards you get. In fact, the number goes up a lot after 4 - I'd say "exponentially", but not really, remember this is a BP game.

If you have problems placing a tile, just put it back and pick it up again. If I remember right, there can be issues with rotating a tile, don't click to place it until it's the way you want it. I click and drag the tile to the board. Remember, you place the first tile at the button. From the first tile, strategy counts, Look at where the clusters of open tiles are and figure out how to fill those spaces with as many of the same fabrics as possible. Always watch for the denim tiles and cluster as many of them together as you can.

This is my first time playing this event and I can tell I'm going to need a lot of coffee. Thanks, Mooboy for that fabric key that is extremely helpful and dumbunny for the tips. Most of these games don't make sense until I'm actually playing them.

You helped us by giving a lot of effort. Thank you.I liked your time.
is very difficult to understand the strategy of the game using translation. I wish there was a video
we were better mothers but impossible.
I guess as far as I understand I should;):)

One of my favorite gameboards. :inlove:

64 fabric tiles placed and 153 star coins earned so far - average of 2.39 star coins per tile. :)

I use as many swap buttons as I can on every gameboard, but I try to save my fabric tiles for the ones where there are only 2-3 patterns available - one of which has to be the blue denim (star coins). For the rest, I only place the minimum 2 tiles so I can quickly end the game and move on to the next gameboard (unless I get super lucky with the blue denim tiles).

I also apply this strategy. I finish the small playgrounds and non denim playgrounds by playing 2 games. I was very sloppy when laying the first 40 fabric tiles. Then it occurred to me.

Nice description Mooboy! :) Blue is always my first choice, but I also plan on two others as alternates in case the patterns fall that way. Keeps me from over using the swaps. Best of luck to all in achieving your goals!

Well since we only get 6 swaps a game board, really can't use too many of them. However, I have discovered that if the tile generator doesn't want to give you denim tiles, it's best to do as others say and end the board (especially smaller boards) and move on to the next one. Sewinglady's farm got lucky last night with blue tiles - over 30 on one board. My other farms are not doing as well with denim tiles. I have figured out that if we're going to get both giver upgrades and all the diner upgrades, we're going to have to place a lot more than 245 tiles.

It took me a while to figure out that I needed to move on to a new game board instead of placing everything I could. Most I gotten on any one game board was 11 star coins so far. I only have 61 coins at this point. I need to get better at this quick or I won't get those upgrades for the CR.
