Strategy: A Slice of Heaven

So.

I started this event late after realising halfway through there were two piccolos - my fave. I stayed up until 1:30am harvesting and woke up at 6:30am for my final harvest - only to have done the maths wrong and fall one chocolate cupcake and one sprinkles cupcake short of the piccolo boxes. Wasted a bunch of supergrow etc.

So this has taught me one thing.

It's definitely time to put this game on the backburner. I thought I could restrict my time playing it but evidently I too easily allow it to consume my life, and that's just not healthy. The fact that I'm struggling to step away is, ironically, a sign that I really need to.

I'll probably be back, but for now I'm setting my farm up to do weekly harvests.

 

Hi dear @illy1996 Thank you very much for helping me with this event You encouraged and helped me to achieve this Now it's time for a new birthday event. I would love for you to gather us in one topic again. and will you count those numbers for us again

 

LOL Chocomallow - I am flattered but I must also say that I only crunch the numbers if they are easy as my mathematical skills are a bit dodgy! We shall see what the Birthday Event gives us. You can always find lots of farmers with oodles of strategy and experience in these threads.

My biggest bit of advice for most farming is to focus on one thing as you can spread yourself a little thin if you try to do everything at once!

Of course, we all love doing events so there is not much time to do any actual farming such as building up stocks and doing Farmers Society Quests (FSQs) to name a couple of things, so try to do one thing at a time in between events.
