Carnival Queen - strategy

I'm nearly finished doing the quest to get the cloud row but I don't think I'll do this event again. I hardly do events anymore cos they are so exhausting - I just happen to be on leave now so Carnival Queen fitted in.

 

I'm keeping track this time out. It's pretty dismal so far... 1 ssg, 1 sg, 1 PF, a few paltry ccs and some EP and TEP. Hardly any goodies. I remember when a baby farm could collect enough GBs to open another page in the monkey temple. Not this year. I feel bad for the newer farmers that don't know how generous she could be.

 

It's pointless for me to do this event.

But 100% harvest bonus on first spin.



And started the event.

 

I think we can safely put the carnival event into 'just another of 100s of events' category. I have decided I will not use SGs & SSGs as you cannot get back even a percentage of it from the Queen.

Ha ha ha *WisdomTree* ! Come join the carnival. I have been trying trying and trying. No 100% or 200% .

I hid 10 piccolos under the bed for hard days.
Answering the question of why BP has become so stingy, I have one more idea.
I registered for this game on 03.10.2011. Even though I took a break for a very long time (up to 8 years), I have never had a BB tree until now. 4 BB trees came out of the piccolo boxes I opened in the last 6 months.
I think I messed up the BB tree win rate from piccolo chests. To punish me, BP stopped giving the piccolo box as a prize at events. Other players are penalized because of me.

 

Well Spotted 12ss12, You read my mind, where is the logic to consume SG and SSG into this event, I knew from the Start that Carnival Queen, is going to be most meanest event ever, No Star coins, No Event Shop

When Carnival Queen first came appeared into Farmerama, It was most Generous Event we have ever played i am sure many of you remembered that

If any of you in need of SG or SSG or SM for your farms you would be better off keeping your Super and Turbo Trees in The Glade, these can be more productive using Tree Buffs too

I have yet to complete couple of Quests that rewards me piccolo Boxes as some Quests are more rewarding than others for example the amount of barn stocks or hard earned farm harvesting does not give you hard earned rewards that we all deserve

I dont have any BB Trees yet, I am sure i get one eventually

On Party Ticket Farmerama Wheel, why is seem to be getting harder to win 100% Harvester or 200% Harvester, due to my lack of appeal of rarity of great rewards becoming like Gold Dust, I actually been hoarding Party Tickets I must be crazy

So far the most rewarding thing i am getting out of this game is Crate O Buffs.....You are more liking to win 200% Harvester than on Party Ticket Wheel, not only that you can use Pinkie Pie Pie make it last 30 Hours, You mostly like can only get 200% Harvester for 12 Hours

I wish to win a Crate O Buffs on Party Ticket Wheel, just so wish Party Ticket Wheel gets revamped asap I miss the good old days better prizes

we use to have Steam room in this forum, so we can ranting our frustrations due to lack of Mods forum not the same like it use to be

I taking my time with event crops just using water, just do what i can i wont be fussed if not finish whole event

 

The mission of the carnival queen is complete. Cloud queue received. Piccolo box received. The Piccolo box gifted me an "Ingrid's disciple." I'm happy.. I continue to produce from baskets. BP must have heard me I won a lot of power feeds today

 

I have completed the event this afternoon. But don't ever want to do it again. I had to wake up many random times just to play Farmerama. I have enjoyed all the EP I have earned from the event.

Thanks to though who suggested on what to do for which jams and buffs to use.

 

My participating farms are all done. This version of this event was so bad, it has made me seriously question continuing to farm.

I gave up keeping track of what I received from the mini-game because it was more depressing each round. Then yesterday, while playing off the last few baskets, I noticed a "spike" in the number of SG I was getting...from one per round to 4 or 5...once I even got 6! Dang near fell outta my chair! But, too little, too late. Don't care anymore.

 

I agree. I too noticed. Too late. Its 10 in the night here. Only now I am making my first harvest of the day. I lost interest.

 

I have just finished playing 60 Mini games, I am glad this event is out of the way, it is the worse Carnival Queen event so far....perhaps it is time to see the back of it, never to come back, Fingers Cross there is new Kind of Event that we will enjoy more plus getting Better nicer more rewarding prizes

We cannot expect all events will be awesome, just ride it out there will be more enjoyable events to engage in I wont give up cos of one lousy event, just dismiss just be optimistic for better Events

 

Just played 88 games in "one row / straight" and quite happy because:

+66 Power Feed
+193 Super Grow
+ 66 Suzys Super Grow
+172 Farm Coins
+10 Wheel Spin Crate 3´s
+9 Farm Suplies VI´s

(of cource all the prices 1 to 60 just to play games)

p.s. quite "pro" because No Misses of All those main prices to catch

Did anyone notice that our Carnival Queen has been hijacked by a pirate monkey! Maybe he has stolen some of the prizes! Unless you're very clever to sneak by him like @Nuubi-Joonas2210 evidently has done!

 

It seems that our queen did not please anyone. No one is happy with the awards. I stopped planting the event plant yesterday. I played 127 games. The prizes are not attractive at all. I agree with my farmer friends. I wonder how the next prize will be.

 

I stopped with 93 mini-games. Waiting for next event.

My piccolo box turned into Eternal Treasure Hunt which means 10 BBs in total.

 

Just placed my piccolo box! I completed the event with 67 games. The amount of TEP I got was great. I leveled up approximately 50 levels during the event!!! I also got a decent amount of Farm Coins. I am not going to talk about the rest.......
Time to go to my island and re-put all of my trees which I removed to complete the event. I guess it was worth the tribulation.

 

Our beloved Carnival Queen seems to be handing out mostly candy this time. Doesn't she know we have a bikini-season coming? Still, happy with all I get. Best of luck all!
