Thankyou , WisdomTree for putting this together. I was disappointed that it wasn't set out like this in the FAQs but you have done it better by putting in the amounts required. Well done! :inlove:

Also, in this event, we can get the cloud row and all necessary items by doing the 2nd, 4th, 6th day quests.

Thank you for the clear chat @*WisdomTree* , it is very helpful!
I'm aiming to complete the event, I am currently growing Iris and I finally have all the refinements so it is *nearly* instant (I don´t have the 2014 CR), so loads of drops, I'm hopping. Last night was a busy work night so I completely forgot to plant long crops overnight so I am starting a bit later.
Also breeding loads using this last hour of the Happy Discount Day. (although it doesn't produce any extra drops in day 1).
Edit: 29 4x4 fields of Iris produced 29 drops in 51 min. (I'm only using 4x4 fields because I am low on SG, probably would get more drops using 1x1)

There is also another newer cloud row, Pharaoh's Herbs Magic Stalk Row, which have same effect (it also effects turbo-mulch).

    Diversion:

Nala-the-Otta is now at the bottom of page 1 of farm animals in the broke barn with 83,618 friends.

Nala-the-Otta kicked Pnp-the-Horse off of page 1 to page 2. I know PnP-the-Horse is not going to take iit riding along.

Go Nala-the-Otta go. Long long time!

My three usual suspects, er, farms are participating.

Remember to KEEP GROWING the event crops - they span two days in the event. (this is mostly a note for myself).

1st harvest of field of Hydrangea with 5 howies, I got 193 Scouts pocket Knives. I am happy with that as we need 300.
I just hope the drops continue to be good !:p

Unfortunately, this daily activity does not suit me at all. I know that no matter how hard I try, I will not succeed. Maybe I can do the next event. Or I'll wait for the bahamarama animal update.

For now, I harvest and sell from time to time. Other than that, I can't take care of my farm too much. :(

I'm main lvl 93 and longest harvest crop is carnation. I have none of the super buffs/SSG/Howies, etc or crops mentioned above. Could someone please suggest which crops/strategy gives most drops for newbies? The other day, I planted roses overnight and had 47 drops, planted again and at next harvest only had about half - for the same number of roses planted. I enjoy the challenge and do as much as I can. No complaints, but welcome any and all advice. Thanks :)

Brookeham, It been some years when they introduce event crop that becomes permanent as you said,

I really wish we could keep the "wild strawberry" event crop!!!:music:.....so adorable!:inlove::inlove::inlove:

Actually we already have wild strawberry crop that is permanent, i am surprise no one got confused planting this crop:p

Only got 113 Marshmallows from Alpine asher :wuerg:, lucky i have free refinement slot for instant harvest to make up 350 Marshmallows needed for this part of Quest :p As been growing Green Energy in Magical Glade it helps;)

@MeadowCrossing I did create a posting in this forum some years ago how to boost drops for events but cannot find the link

As you not have howie donuts, alternatively you can work on your Crop and Animal Trophies up to 15% each Trophy, then put them into living Legend rune in Tree of wisdom, which save you moving them around same way as howie donuts ;)

Also i suggest you work on refinements so you build up refining your crops for those that give you instant harvest of drops using SG/SG Buffs/Refinement Buff;)

So for todays drops (marshmallows) I planted Hydrangea again full field, but had 6 Howies and only got 168 marshmallows. That is low considering the last quest that gave us drops I got 198! So planning for drops is like "rolling the dice" you just can't plan! Good luck everyone as we need 350 for this quest #5

Thank you! I just found the Living Legend rune and need to open four more levels to reach it, then save 300*! I'm still down in the weeds so to speak and not far up the trunk or branches. :)

Could you please name a few crops for refining that give instant harvest drops. I've not seen any options for my available crops. But I've not looked at each crop. (Eyes get tired if looking at screen too long). Thank you!

Thanky you for that, I had no idea there was another one! Unfortunately, it's yet another I don't have, I need to keep an eye on these CR in the future.

Hey MeadowCrossing! This is an amazing guide that I often refer to, in your case you could perhaps refine the roses and that will be an *almost* instant crop
