With each mill product, you can play one mini game. 60 mini games to get the entire rewards on the left side. 40 games for cloud row. 1 mini game free.

So for entire left side reward - 59 games
1003 lucky charms &1416 ancient scrolls for 59 mini games.

So for cloud row - 39 mini games

663 charms & 936 ancient scrolls

With each mini game you play, you get the following number of mysterious buds which when opened will give you the three types of event crop seeds. The number of mysterious buds you get depends upon how soon you finish the mini game.



I get 5 mysterious bud when I finish within 60 seconds and not 4 as stated in the tabular column above.

Grow the event crop seeds and deliver them on the right side to get right side rewards. You have to grow and deposit. You cannot deposit the seeds as such. Also you can buy the event crops in the market and deposit them on the right side.

Remember some steps in the left & right side gives you immediate +1 event crop/crops/animals/workshop products/tree fruits. So plan your harvests accordingly. They are as follows :-


We get an immediate harvest bonus for event crops in farm areas :

• After the 10th mini-game: +1 event crops only on farmland for 8 hours,
• After the 20th mini-game: +1 event crops only on farmland for 8 hours ,
• After the 30th mini-game: +2 event crops only on farmland for 8 hours ,
• After the 38 mini-game: +3 event plants exclusively on farmland for 8 hours .

We get an immediate harvest bonus for crops (all crops - including event crops ) in farm areas :

• After the 55th mini-game: +1 crops ( including the event crop) only on farmland for 8 hours .

You will receive an immediate +EP / TEP bonus in all areas for 24 hrs:

• After the 2nd mini-game: + 10% EP/TEP
• After the 4th mini-game: + 25%
• After the 6th mini-game: + 50%
• After the 8th mini-game: + 75%
• After the 16th mini-game: + 100%
• After the 26th mini-game: + 150%
• After the 36th mini-game: + 200%

We get an immediate +1 tree fruit on trees in all areas - for 8 hours :

• right side task, level 57.

We get an immediate +1 animals fro animal stalls in all areas for 8 hours :

• right side task, level 63.

We get an immediate +1 product bonus from workshops in all areas for 8 hours :

• right side task, level 69.

If you have a particular type of event seed more and the other one less, you can exchange one for another. But you have to deposit produce from barn to do it. Here is the amount required.

You are great dear @12ss12 , thank you very much for starting the topic in detail. I started doing this activity. According to the number of drops I collect, I can finish the event in 7 days. Maybe I can get it a little earlier with drop gifts from my neighbors. If the payment issue on my account is resolved before the event ends, I will purchase a pack. So I can have the awesome CR I want so much

Attempting this on the usual farms.

The drop rates first thing this morning were good. Subsequent harvests, not so much. LONG overnight crops on all relevant fields are a must!

PS - that poor tiger! He's balancing on one foot the whole time! As someone who has done tai chi in the past, I know a bit about that stance - so hard to maintain for long!

 

I don't know if the mini game has gotten much easier....or suddenly I'm a genius at it. LOL (I seriously doubt the latter)
Anyone else notice the easier puzzles?

 

Howdy Farmers,

You get 1 x Mysterious Buds for every game played. Completing the game in the time frames shown, earns you bonus Mysterious Buds.
Example: 1 x Mysterious Buds for playing mini-game + 4 x Mysterious Buds for finishing in under 60 seconds = 5 x Mysterious Buds.

I would just like to ask you to check the total for Prickly Fungi.
In fact, it seems to me that delivery number 60 is missing from the table in the FAQ:

In game, instead, we read that it is necessary to deliver 315 Prickly Fungi in that step.

​

Thus, the total number of Prickly Fungi to be delivered to complete entire right side rewards should be 4725 instead of 4410.

 

Some important information about expected rewards:
I make it 548 Mysterious Buds awarded from the left hand side for playing all 60 games, plus you should be able to get a further 5x60 as rewards for finishing the mini game (not too difficult, if you are taking more than a minute you can close and re-start the mini game with no penalty). Giving a total of 848 Mysterious Buds.

Cereunavolta pointed out the FAQ is wrong again, there are a further 60 buds available for a total of 908. I am editing this post to reflect that.

The most effective way to do this event is to play the first 9 games, then wait until the evening before the last full day of the event to plant the event crops on the largest fields which means they'll all fit. On the morning of the last day, play all the games at once to give all the bonuses at once, harvest the crops from last night and plant the new crops in 1x1 fields. You may have to use super grow on the longest crops to grow everything while the bonuses are running, you only have 8 hours of the +8 buff.

The total number of crops you need to completely finish is 13,845 (including the extra prickly fungus, thanks Cereunavolta) and you only get (edited) 908 Mysterious Buds (for 60 games) so you need to turn every Mysterious Bud into 15.2 event plants. 16 to be safe. Most of your growing will be on 1x1 fields to take advantage of the in-game bonuses, so you get:
2 (normal yield for 1x1 field) + 2 (CAC bonus) + 8 (in game event plant bonus) = 12 crops per mysterious bud.
You need to find another 3-4 bonus plants per plot to get the whole right hand side, choose from the following:

- Anything grown in a 2x1 field gets +1 plant, 2x2 gets +3. This approach will obviously cost more super grow if you use it a lot. Don't forget you're relying on that amazing +8 in game buff which only lasts 8 hours.
- +100% all harvest buff is not an improvement over using CAC in your diamond buff slot for 1x1 fields. +200% gives an extra +2 crops, hardly seems worth it. They work better on 2x2 fields but are a bit overkill, save them for something else unless you're desperate.
- +100% plant revenue bonus takes up a gold slot instead, gives +2. These are much more common buffs to get than the 100% overall, I would use this.
- Buffs won on the wheel are always great.
- Susie's Super Grow gives +3
- You may have an Event Plant Harvest Booster +1 or a Plant Harvest Bonus +3 in your inventory.
- Jack O'Gift bonus +1
- Season Reward Bonus +1. I always forget that one, and it only lasts an hour.

Basically if you hover your mouse pointer over a field it should say at least 16-17 crops, if not add more buffs.
Don't forget to sell your leftover event crops on the market!

Tips for improving drops: Testing has shown that drops are proportional to INITIAL growing time (before any time reduction bonuses) and space taken up, so grow whatever you have the best time-reduction bonuses for and best fits your harvest times. XXL trees count as initial growing time of 12 hours not 18 hours. Baha drops always seem to lag behind mainland drops for me.

Oh, and tips to help with the mini-game:
- Mentally catagorise all the shapes from most to least difficult, and place from most to least difficult. The less square a shape is, the more difficult. So the order is - Odd knobbly shapes - L, Z or C shapes/Rectangles with a single extra bit- Rectangles - Squares. If you're taking too long, don't panic, just close the game using the X and restart. If you restart, the left hand column of bonuses for number of games played will not look like it's updated but will give you the rewards.

I know most of us know most of this already, but I hope it helps someone to have it all in the same place. I've hugely overproduced crops for this event in the past, which was a waste of bonuses, this guide should help.

Curses, I missed that.
I suppose it's good, though, because then we only need 15.2 crops per field. Since the in-game bonuses and CAC give you 12 on a 1x1 you only need to find 3-4 more.

 

Trying to strategize the +1 event crop buff awarded on left side. One has to be mindful of where they are and if you have enough gewgaws to play the number of games needed to reach the buff when it will be most effective. Hoping I can do it without my head exploding. I'm pretty sure I need moar coffee.

I've read them all and you're awesome @Shimmer and from now on i'm scared of this game I hope I can make the right strategies and get the CR. Huh! It won't be easy

 

Thank you! The cloud row is easy as far as strategy goes, it only requires collecting enough drops to play the required 60 games for the cloud row and all givers. Just make sure your fields are always busy. It's getting to the end of the right hand side that requires strategy, but the rewards are good.

 

Ah! Unfortunately I'm not sure the left side will be finished. My calculations are not very encouraging I hope I'm not being silly. I planted trees and waited for their harvest. Does this make sense? Or should I continue by planting plants? If you give me an idea, I will be grateful to you.

So tomorrow morning, I will check and make corrections in the OP. Till then excuse me. I will be having a busy weekend due to some important cases. I'll get one or two 'easy' ones then a real head-scratcher. Seems to go like that for me. One took more than ten minutes to complete!

 

Plants are usually best because they have the best time-reduction buffs. Even just water is a powerful 20% buff, if you don't have anything else. If you know an event like this is coming up, it really pays to put your very longest crop out the day before so you can harvest it as soon as the event starts, giving you that extra time for drops.

You can also ask your neighbours to send you drops, one per person per day up to 20 per day. We used to have a thread where you could ask for drops, I don't know what happened with that, can other people tell me if it's OK to ask in these strategy threads now?

 

Thank you so much for replying dear @Shimmer Yes, I planted trees the day before the event started and harvested them again the next day. But it was a waste of time. I will continue by planting plants as you said. Good luck to you and everyone involved in the event.

 

Thank you 12ss12 for the thread. I think I'll save up the drops needed for 60 games first. Then I'll plant the event crops.
This is the strategy I set for myself. My only fear is that I might get bored playing the 60 mini-games. A CR item with a Piccolo probability is a nice reward for me.

 

imalattanhalka - if you're saving the drops for the 60 mini-games, be aware that there are buffs that activate upon winning on both the left and right sides - you have to time the activation just right to maximize the effect on your crops, etc.

 

I use 2 x 2 fields for this event because I get 5 prickly fungus for every 1 seed. And that is before applying CAC or any +1s.
This event is different from most as the seeds are not regenerating themselves and therefore they are the limiting factor. They are precious!
