Please post your constructive comments, positive and negative, regarding the "Firefly Sunset Festival" Event and Support Quest in this Feedback thread. We are looking forward to capturing your initial reaction to the event, as well as the final opinion after participating in the event.

Finally an event that seems to tick all the boxes at once! Only one field, so regular farming can be done elsewhere. Great prizes, and choices available for players who can't strive to complete the whole thing. Huge plus for me personally, the requirements seem to be such that real progress can be seen with each harvest! And the drops are falling well with just event crops, so in addition to the great graphics, this event gets two thumbs up in every category! (wish there was no milling, but it's minimal and quick, so I'll take it!)

liked this event, completed it, cr up and running.
the only downside to this as like the last few events....once you complete the required 15 games, the event is inaccessible. why not allow players the option to continue growing, milling and donating to the event to get some extra rewards? we will now get drops for the next few days until the event finishes that are pointless and useless to us. i for one would happily continue to donate and light up the lanterns to get extra crates of animals. supergrow etc.
maybe once all the combinations have been completed, you can still donate and light up the lanterns then hit the donate button to clear the screen and start again donating for more prizes? or something like that.

 

I generally liked this event, but two of my three participating farms had technical issues as follows:

I had weird issues with the pattern squares (the ones across the bottom of the event window). This farm couldn't keep them lit to get the pattern circles on the lantern area to stay. And PM23's farm, I'd poke at the last one I needed to finish the event, and the one next to it that I had already done kept getting big and putting its circles around the lanterns. So frustrating! It's also how I goofed up on this farm in the beginning - which caused me to need to grow an extra two fields of event plant.

This should have been an easy peasy event. But the glitches made it harder than it really was.
