Starts: Wednesday, 7th of December at 16:00 CET (UTC+1)
Ends: Tuesday, 13th of December at 23:59 CET (UTC+1)


Event crop can be grown only in green meadows main field.
Event drops are from crops and trees only from green meadows Magical Glade.

Simple event. Grow crops. Collect drops. Mill products. Deposit all 3 of them and get prizes.


Total Event requirements.

Marshmallow bush(event crop) : 11,400 (4500+6900 (for the mill product))
Chocolate cookies (event drop) : 630 (170+460 (for the mill product))
S’more (mill product) : 46


1 S’more (mill product) = 150 x Marshmallow Bushes + 10 Chocolate Cookies

Take note of starting and ending time of the event. Also there is a maintenace scheduled tomorrow. So game might not be accessible at that period of time.

Scheduled maintenance got postponed a bit:

Start: Wednesday, 7th of December around 2:15 pm CET
End: Wednesday, 7th of December at 16:00 CET latest.

I'm in - I love when we get an actual rare pen and not just the "chance" of one. I can't count how many Marin Wonder Stables I have opened with just disappointment inside, lol! I have ONE Poodle Moth but only because I bought the package for 630BBs with the guarantee of a Poodle Moth!
The requirements are okay too, along with the other prizes. Will be going as far as the Poodle Moth on my two baby farms too.

I placed some wonder stables yesterday and today morning on eof them turned into my second Poodle Moth. So getting this in this event will be my 3rd.

Thanks 12ss12 for crunching the numbers. Consulting other fori I've noticed a discrepancy among them regarding the fields to plant and to collect drops. Do you know anything about this?

 

Thank you very much, Flower ! I checked the other forums and changed my first post. Event crops - Main field ; Event Drops - Magical Glade.

My magical glade is filled with storage houses and animal pens and jumbo trees. So I cannot expect much drops from them. Moreover its time to go to sleep here and I cannot change them now. Morning I will be off to my work. Once again cannot change the glade. Let's see what I can do tomorrow evening when I return from work.

 

I just gave my feedback about original fields and drops. I do not like this new one either. I have magical glade full of Jumbo trees, pens and storage houses. I do not want to rip them off before they are ready and I should be planting long time crops already to get drops tomorrow No drops from pens.

The same here: jumbo trees and pens. Ripping them off in 3...2...1... now!

 

I thought it was a bit to require drops from the only field we can grow the current event plant in. Makes more sense if it's the other fields needed. I too have my jumbos and pens (including my one lonely poodle moth) out in the glade, and of course just fed them because I didn't check the strategy thread first. You would think after 10 years I would have learned better by now. Can't teach an old bear new tricks, I guess. I will tear up my pens as soon as I finish this and plant long crops, but I'm extremely reluctant to take out all my trees even tho I know they don't give good drops. I have them in a nice comfortable mess and I hate to fool with a good thing. Will wait and see how drops look before I take an axe to them. Enjoy time at the lodge everyone!

edit: Removed all but poodle moth pen from glade, left arboretum. I didn't cut down all my trees, but I was able to thin out a few so I have more cropland. Didn't hurt TOO much.

 

Ugh. The game is running terribly slow for me today.

I don't think I can revise my fields. With the drops coming from the green meadow, I'm in trouble. I have tons of animal pens on those fields on all the participating fields.

And because of the current event, I've muggled around my main fields so they are full of trees to get the best drop rate.

I am seriously thinking about sitting this event out. I'm heading for the sewing room in a few minutes and the "big show" is Saturday...so no harvesting at all that day. If I have two brain cells left at the end of the day, I'll think about moving things around on my fields, but not going to count on that happening.

 

well this must be a joke the venues have been changed but i finished the snow rat event with the resources at my disposal ad made all the preparations and i have long term barns and workshops in my shed and as usual they will not give me a drop and i will never demolish them all this is so ridiculous.
It's tiring and annoying

 

I posted my displeasure in Feed Back, I honestly don't care what fields they have us use BUT many of us had finished the Quest event and then got ready for the Wintertide with howies on land and long crop to get drops and then I go to forum and read about the change to the lands being used! What about the farmers who set their lands and then got on with real life and won't be back to the farm till the new event starts!? It is annoying! Good luck everyone!!

 

Ouh my... Drops, MG... noouuuu !

62 (small)plots + 21 Jumbotrees... and now just only Buckawheat... "Green meadow was ready to this event Tueasday at 18.00 local and amarants ready to harvest 15.00 CET..." but this change... not to me, must look FAQ if this is important to me...auts, bad! But now knowing: just and only amaranth in MG over that/this event!

 

Well, I took a break from the aprons and I got the three usual farms ready for this event. Baby farms are sitting it out.

I wouldn't bother except for the CR is a good one - +1 tree revenue every 3 days is good.

I am sorta dreading this whole change - the added field/play and the upper level animal pens. Not sure I want to fool with any of it.

I'm all in for this event, I haven't managed to get a Poodle Moth yet and a second Cucumber tree will be nice too. The cloud row is OK but would be better if it came in every 47/48hrs rather than 50hrs. I only go up to the cloud once a day first thing in the morning before harvesting fields.

That's why I said "every 3 days" - like you, I only harvest cloud rows once a day, so at 50 hours, it will harvest every 3 days for me.

 

I got 39 drops. I removed my pens and some jumbo trees and now put out plots with corcus for drops. Let me see what amount of drops I get tomorrow.

Good Night everyone. Going to sleep. Very tired. This weekend and week days were hectic for me. So feeling tired. Coming days and weekend will also be very busy for me with variety of works.

 

Standard question - as always there has been a maintenance break before the starting event:

does the event work?

I just doubt those risers again when I saw too late in the early night that the "drop area" is a changed MG when it was still a GM 4 hours earlier.

Annoyance.

But experiences, does it work flawlessly or is it still worth waiting for the start?

 

I was able to start the event late and removed the stables and workshops on the glade and switched to the event routine.
I hope everyone reaches their goal
