Thanks Niknar for starting this thread. ;)
I am in as it is using the MM fields and I can carry on with chipping away at those high crop requirement FSQs! :wuerg:

The event does look hard but I need to sort out my MM fields so I will empty them and grow just event crops, then organise my fields after I finish (optimistic!). :p
    Good luck all! :)

Thanks Niknar for starting the thread. I agree BP is adding unnecessary steps like having to mill to get seeds to plant a crop.:( Most of us just want to get the seeds, rearrange our lands and get on with it!;) I LOVE the MM fields so I will attempt to do the event! Good spooky fun to everyone!:music:

just doing the maths and realised you have to grow 1 crop to make another crop, then grow that crop to make yet another crop...damn! seems like a lot of hassle for a event....and the prizes are that appealing to me either.-.- think ill sit this one out and finish my remaining moonlight fsq's whilst the moonlight world is open.:p

I am in. Thanks Nikar for the calculation and the thread. :)

After a long time I have completelytorn down my MM fields and put 1x1 plots. My fields look neat now. I am going to start afresh in MM fields after the event.

I don't know what I need in that farm. If I try to rear animals there is always the shortage of feed. Just simply growing crops is also boring.

Now a days, whatever event they announce, I too feel the same as you. I don't know why. May be because they make the event machanism complex and not simple ? or am I growing old ? No. not the latter. o_O I hope it is the first one plus real life work loads. ;) Games are meant to make us relax.

I'm going to give this event a pass. I don't like that I have to grow three different crops to get things done (in order!), and that they have long times to mature. I still have a lot left to unlock in Jack's Shop, plus Moonlight-themed FSQ's I haven't been able to start yet. I'm going to work on those, especially trying to get the blacklight assembly up and running.

I'm getting a late start on the day.

The client will not stay open so I am having to load the game in a browser window. Not happy.

Not sure where I am going or if I am doing this event or not.

Edited to add: Had to uninstall/reinstall the client to get it to function. So I guess I'm still farming for now.

Still not sure about this event. Not happy with the way it works. As far as I can tell, the only real benefit to doing this event is the season points.

I might do the first 3 segments to get those season points and then be done.

I'm doing the event for the sole hope of a wendigo cave from the MM crate. I know it is a long shot but I know for sure I won't get one if I don't try.;):pxD I have completed all MM quests, but do need to make some feed so puppy paws crossed for a farmwheel bonus so I can get crops done and move back to normal MM farming.

The heavy requirement for mediocre prizes is not worth the effort, so this event is a pass for me.

I'm going to use the extended MM opening as an opportunity to finish some FSQs and build up stock. Good luck to those participating!

Thank you Niknar for starting the strategy. I'm all in for this one on all three farms as I have heaps of MM crops, plants and workshop goods already in my barn.

I do believe however you have made a slight mistake on the requirements for Swamp Grimoire and Luminous Swamp Weed. One milling of 335 x Voodoo Lily and 114 x Voodoo Pins will get you 6 Swamp Grimoire and one milling of 158 x Swamp Grimoire (not Voodoo Lily) and 76 x Voodoo Pins will get you 4 Luminous Swamp Weeds. I'm just going to do two milling of each and grow the rest from there. All up that should only cost me 670 Voodoo Lilies, 315 Swamp Grimoire and 380 Voodoo Pins.

    Good luck everyone

As usual for MM events it's a split between 'The prizes aren't good enough for me to give up the opportunity to do more of the ordinary MM quests' and 'I've done all the permament MM quests so I'll be doing the event'.
Spoilers, that's exactly what they're there for. I've finished all my permanent MM quests, myself, so I'm doing the event.

The task was fairly easy. Drops came easily and quickly.
Mystery trees and stables are always valid for the MM area.
I want all Season Tokens and remember to use them in time. ;)
Stalk Row: More Ep from ITEMS (Moonlight Word) is Okay

So I finished everything and had still time to grow more fodder plants in the warehouse.:)

I have finished the event with plenty of time to now grow regular MM crops to stock my barn to mill food ect. I have the CR up and running. I loved the graphics as we did the mini game. Good luck to all those still doing the event!

When we get to use crops to make Humus in the Alpine Village (not till next week) I have found the exchange rate for Killer Tomatoes is very favourable, so I intend to grow lots of these...

Almost there - last needed 5h crops are in fields. Just milled 3 times second and 3 times last crop from previous ones. Used SG to those milled crops, harvest even night-time (if I was awake) and usin Water and Manure to small plot of land.

Just in normal farms, almost never ever (again) doing workshops, so... not so good FOR ME that CR but an easy-one... and getting all crops "to the warehouse evenly" --> over 18000++ everything in Moonlight World --> in the morning just "hanging around..."

Happy / lucky event to everybody !

p.s. yes, needed about 200++ drops but when event plants are ready, using then Terror Bouquet (don´t efect even plants...) and those 12h crops, 9h 36 min or faster if CR´s are "ready in time"... I harvest every SR every day, have 510 rows, 12 years experience and some laziness (too)

    ***********************************************************************
edit: with that CR, (even terror bouquet in other gold place not +200% giverbonus)
    it gives my EP-record from MoonlightMania EP-area - total 32million ++ points :)

i just taking my time with this event, Because i have several +3 Moonlight Mania Boosters plus i have many Crate of Witchy than can win me more +3 Moonlight Mania Boosters this is without other harvest boosters

Also I have huge health stock of Spooky Barn stocks in my barn, I have many Spooky Quests not completed because i do not find them worth donating spooky stuff as i can get these rewards from Spooky CRs, Super Trees and Farmerama Wheel also rewards from MM Events too, sometimes build handy stuff from Jacks's Shop

It would be nice to give us new things in Jack's Shop also give us couple of new spooky quests that are really worth doing :p

Just finished :) Have a couple of days to do some normal MM farming :) Drop rate was more than ok. Have a nice residual amount that will be exchanged at the end.

My Crate O Moonlight Mania V turned out to be a Blacklight Assembly. I knew it was a long shot for the Wendigo but nothing ventured, nothing gained.

Good luck to those still working :)
