game login problem

    Hello, I can't login to my game.
    I tried computer, mobile phone, tablet and four different browsers
    even I tried to enter another game. I could not be successful..
    Is there a technical problem in the game?

    There isn't any technical issue on BP's side that would prevent the game from loading. Please cleaning your cache and cookies, reboot your computer and then try to log in. Did this fix the problem?

    Have you tried to play on the Standalone client?

    If the problem continues, please post your game ID# so we can check your account.

    I also cleared the cookies, unfortunately nothing changed.

    I can see from your logs that you have successfully logged in today multiple times. I have cleared your server cache and ask you to reboot your computer and try again.

    If you continue to have a problem, please be specific about what is happening. Are you stuck at loading at a certain % or are you logged in but see spinning flowers? The more detail you can provide, the better.

    May I assist you further?

    I've been trying with internet online since 12:30, can't get out of 100% If this means I'm entering the game, yes, I'm enter, but I can't do anything about the game, my harvest assistant that I bought with money is going in vain right now, I was doing event, I can't continue it
    I didn't have a standalone client on my computer, I downloaded the client, I entered the game, I collected the event plant with my harvest assistant, but I couldn't re-sow neither the seeds from the place where the seeds were, nor the seeder with the harvest assistant, then it kept returning 100%, I tried to add a photo but failed

    The information we have so far is that is appears that it is an Internet Provider issue.

    All player reports so far are from one geolocation (country) and we are trying to determine if you all have the same internet provider. Would you please confirm who your Internet service provider is?

    my internet service provider is Türksat, my mobil net is Türk Telekom

    many Turkish players are victims right now I hope a solution will be reached as soon as possible and our loss will be compensated.

    I can appreciate all the frustration of not being able to log into the game. I appreciate you reporting that you have issues, but please remember to not hijack another player's post. If you have read this thread then you can see that it is likely an Internet Service Provider problem and that we are trying to determine who that provider is.

    If you do not have a Turkish Internet provider, please start your thread so we can help you individually. It makes it difficult to sort out who has a problem that is not related to the ISP. If you do have the same Turkish Internet provider, please know the Team is aware.

    When you create your own thread, please always include your game ID# as this will help us serve you faster and decrease the wait time for you.

    I appreciate your understanding. We will update you as soon as we have any information.

    What I understood and deduced from what was written is as follows; our Turkish service provider
    allows us to enter the game
    allows us to collect fields, trees and barns
    but it won't let us plant the fields, feed the barns

    *By the way, safari browser sometimes lets us plant fields

    It doesn't suit you to be unable to solve this problem and to try to come out of it because Turkish service providers have problems.

    As it seems to be an issue with your Internet provider issue, you may need to wait until they have fixed the issue. You can try resetting your modem to see if that helps.

    We are waiting to see if the Game Team can offer further assistance.
