PREMIUM FARMER CANCELLED?

    During my daily farming I noticed that my premium features are gone. I am pretty sure that I didn't cancel my premium farmer subscription, at least not on purpose.
    Please, can you check into the issue.
    Looking through my emails, I found the confirmation email for May 7th about successful payment. The transaction number was 1723788654.
    I hope that helps the investigation.

    Hello Michael1877,

    Unless you used a renewable payment method (credit card etc.), the Premium subscription would not be renewed. If you did pay by a renewable method, there is a slight overlay between subscriptions being renewed. Have you tried refreshing to see if it has since been renewed?
    If it has not, you will need to go to the Premium Watchtower and renew it yourself.

    Hi,
    it appears that the BIGPOINT system figured that I never updated my credit card info. So, when it came to this month's automatic renewal I got kicked off the island/wagon/band.
