Inspector Mouseau is back with an irrisitible offer! Cloudrow offers +1 animal on all stalls for 3h and 100% more EP/TEP for 12h with a cooldown time of 42h! :inlove::inlove::inlove:

Event crop: Powder Puff Plant (6h on Main field & Green Meadow only)
Event drop for milling: Soot (from crops & trees on the 3 main lands only)
Event drop for clues: Magnifying Glass (from trees only on the 3 main lands only)
Milling item: Detective Tools (390 Powder Puff Plants + 30 Soots + 15s milling time)

Each player will get 1 free Decteive Tools to try the mini-game of hidden objects

To get that wonderful cloudrow: 53 mini-games played (52 millings needed)
    Total: 20280 Powder Puff Plants + 1560 Soots + 13m milling time

To finish the Mini-Game Meter (2 Piccolo Wonder Boxes): 95 minigames (94 millings needed)
    Total: 36660 Powder Puff Plants + 2820 Soots + 23m 30s milling time

There's a Game Point Meter too, the top prize is a XXL Super Jumbo Tree (super grow tree) and will require 27525 Points to get it. Depending on which style of play you want to do, you'll get point bonuses depending on the time you take to finish playing a mini-game (find all items, find 10 items or spot the difference). To get to 27525 points you will need to play 230 perfect "find all items" to get there!

There's 7 different scenes in total, but each day the rotation will go through only 3. After 24h we'll lose one scene and a new one will replace it. To be most effective, you should consider milling a lot of Detective Tools and play the same 3 scenes over and over.

Prizes in the Mini-Game Meter, beside the cloudrow, are 3 givers who offer crates (Crate O'Tools III, Crate O'Farm Supplies VII and Crate O'Septemberfest I) with a recharge time of 25h. Other goodies are sprinkled around those and also in the Game Point Meter!

Do not wait until the last minute to play the mini-games, these are time consuming (about 90s or over each mini-game).

    Good luck everyone!

Thanks, Northy/Nordais for starting this thread. ;)

I like the searching games and will make my target the CR - if I am within reach of more goodies, then I will continue but all depends on my sleuthing skills! xD
    Good luck all. :inlove:

I have taken the liberty of finding old strategy threads including where items are in certain scenes which may be useful - if they haven't changed. Thanks to those who provided the original threads. :music::music:

Oh my, Oh my, Oh my.

I have a love/hate relationship with this event.

I'm definitely in on sewinglady's farm. Not sure yet about this one and PM23's. Might/might not...Might try to get the CR and call it good.

As for strategy, about the only tip I can offer is this: For new scenes that you haven't done before do the find 10 option first, maybe even more than once, before you switch to the 90 second/find all the items option. The latter gets you more points per game, but it can be wicked hard.

THANK YOU Northy and WisdomTree for starting the thread and the pictures of the scenes.

I thought these scenes might be useful for non-native English (me too) forum users.

Thank you Northy and Wisdom Tree for all your help. Not sure I will do it, but it is very tempting! In the past, I have used my phone to take pics of the screen images, then printed them. I might do that for these images and see if it helps to study in advance. My eyes get too tired if I look at the screen for any length of time, so without help this type of event can be rather challenging even though I like it very much. Good luck all!

Update: Decided to do the event at my turtle pace. I'm doing Find 10 for now, and don't know if I'll reach the CR, but it's a fun event - no stress; drops are ok but crops are lacking, so I may clear one field and only grow crops.

Having the images to study in advance is the only way I manage to find the items. Thank you again for sharing them! :D

I was going to skip this event as we are extremely swamped right now, busy doesn't even begin to adequately describe it. :p But, being the glutton for punishment I seem to be, I will try to get as far as the CR on this one, as it is a good one in my opinion. I have some life left in my Jack O' givers, and a few saved revenue bonuses in the barn, so if I can knock out the crops in a quick manner, I can worry about finding time for the mini game over the weekend. I usually do reasonably well with the find all the options version, at least after a round or two to refamiliarize myself, and will try to only play the pictures I have a decent memory of. That being said, good luck to all who participate, and happy farming to those who have the sense to sit this one out. ;)xD

Once again - game itself is COOL - game amounts and POINTS... not... maybe this time only use "find10" and my nerves live better!

That's exactly how I feel. And why I mentioned earlier to do the find 10 option until you get the hang of where everything is and then switch to the find all option. Honestly, I plan to do this by doing the 10 items on this farm and PM23's - since I'm not intending to go past the CR on those farms. Then I can do the find all on sewinglady's farm since that one is in it for the whole shebang.

Came here to see what was wrong with the Client this morning. More falderal from the nefarious. At least we can still farm via browser.

Last time I waited until the 'new' page was off the list, so on day four I played the mini game for about seven hours! My mind was frazdazzled and my eyes were dinkaloodled! It took days for me to come right!xD

    puppiesnponies Living Forum Legend

For that very reason, david, I use the Find 10 on the new scene until I learn where most things are and use the magnifying glass when I get stuck. I do the Find 60 items for the other scenes. Once I learn the majority of the new scene, I switch to Find 60. If I were just going for a specific number of games, such as for Cloud row, I would do all games of Find 10. Easier. Faster. Much less clicking. But, to gain the prizes associated with points, I use the Find 60 items.

There is way too much clicking for close to 200 games for me to save the mini games, plus as you say, it begins to make your eyes feel funny.

I have activated a 200% Revenue bonus, plus a 100% crop bonus with Pinkie Pie Pie added to take me through all of today and most of tomorrow, plus using some of my saved Super Grow, has brought me up to 33 games played so far today.

Good luck to everyone and your specific goals for your farms :)

I can't decide if my new favorite word is "frazdazzled" or "dinkaloodled"...Oh my! Those are perfectly apt descriptions of what happens when you overdo it on hidden object games (here or elsewhere).
