    There is something wrong with the Green House, I think this is the 4th time I have seeded Chives and I got back a few Chives but no refinements. It wasn't like this a while back, now it seems, almost not worth bothering with this feature. Maybe you can fix it!

    I know it can be frustrating to not get a refinement, but we can only encourage you to keep trying. The feature is working properly with nothing to fix.

    Getting refinements is hard and some of the crops ask for a high number to try it out. Usually it's better to go for the full 3 steps, it raises the chance of getting one but it can be costly. I've been going at it regulary and at times it takes over a month to get them all for one single crop.

    Yes, the higher amount of steps you do, the better your chance. Getting the last few refinements does take some time.
