The game is not working properly.
Game really slow (has been slow for many days now).
A charging flower appears every now and then.
Browser up to date, cache cleared, machine rebooted - all this several times.
No hope of progressing in the game.

All the measures you have proposed have been taken today to the point of saturation!!

Why does this game freeze the entire computer? I have the latest hardware, security, and fast connection in my family. In another room, older hardware runs flawlessly many applications in business use. I have (apparently for a reason) an absolute ban on booting there or on other machines anything related to this game..

 

Each time you clear your browser cache, the Game will take a little longer to load on the first round. Have you tried downloading the Standalone Client to see if that runs better or if playing on a browser, tried a different one?

On the login screen, you can change the language by choosing a different Flag from the top right hand corner.
