    Lucky Dragon Season reward 29 is a 4 Hour Production assistant, which I haven't received. I have refreshed the browser but still nothing. Please look into it. Thanks

    The Production Assistant is a feature for Edelweiss Valley. It gives you an additional production slot for 4 hours.

    Your logs showed you leveled up to 29 in the Season Rewards today (24 April) at 00:27:12 CEST. It is now approx 16:04 CEST which means those reward hours have expired. The reward begins immediately upon winning it.
