Attempt to purchase Harvester this morning

    Hi team, thank you for your help, my user name is exflirt.

    This morning I clicked on the "Harvester" promotion button to re-purchase my month of harvester and instead was only offered an item that I don't remember the name of, but it was multiple functions in one. I submitted a help request through the available button in the purchase window and explained that I want to purchase the harvester - but I admittedly am not the most familiar with navigating Farmerama and don't know where my message went.

    Now when logging in after work I suddenly have two more hours of harvester but still do not know how to re-up my month of harvester for $9.99 as I usually do. And I'm not sure if there is a reply to my message, or where I would go to check for it.

    Can someone provide some guidance? Thank you, your assistance is much appreciated!

    The Harvester purchased from the Shop includes all functions of the Harvester for one month. During Harvest Helper Subscription sales, it is offered at a discount.

    You can check your email to confirm how much your purchase was to see if that is usually what you would pay.
    Submitting a help request goes to the Support Team and you will get an answer shortly.

    Please post your user ID# located next to your username on your game frame and we can check what you purchased.

    Yes, thank you but I still need help. I must have not explained my issue very well. I did not purchase anything yesterday morning. My user ID is 57463409.

    The advertisement for Harvest Helper was in the game as usual and my previous month was going to expire in 6 hours so I clicked on the button to re-purchase it, but it did not give me the option to purchase the Harvest Helper - it only gave me the option to purchase something different, a combination with multiple functions for $14.99. That's not what I want because honestly I don't know how to use most of those functions, I wanted the advertised Harvest Helper that I purchase at the beginning of each month for $9.99. So I clicked the Support button and explained my issue and asked for help. I did not receive any email (at least to my personal email account) in response to that message. I don't know where that message went to or how to find if someone responded. Do you happen to know that?

    When I arrived home from work that evening I had exactly two hours of Harvest Helper that started when I logged into the game. This must have been loaded onto my game because my previous month had expired hours earlier. I believe the support person who received my message gave me that two hours of Harvest Helper, unless there is another explanation.

    So now I have no Harvest Helper and I really don't like playing the game without it. How do I get my month of Harvest Helper that I purchase at the beginning of each month? I tried to purchase it yesterday through the advertisement button but it wasn't available to me.

    Your assistance is much appreciated, thank you!

    Your payment logs show that you bought the Harvester Subscription on 04-02 at 06:32:52 so it would have expired on 2 May.

    The Harvester Subscription Sale that you normally buy for $9.99 a month ran from 28 April to 3 May and the sale was over by the time you contacted us.

    There was a 2 Hour Harvester gift from Fuzzles as the daily log in prize yesterday. Perhaps that is where the 2 hours came from.

    Regarding Support, all tickets are replied to within 24 hours to the email address you provide when you create the ticket. You may need to look in the Junk/Spam folder if it is not in your Inbox. I can assure you that your ticket has been responded to ;)

    As the sale is over for the discounted price, you can purchase the subscription at full price or wait until it goes on sale again. It goes on sale twice a month. The first is at the very end/beginning of the next month for approximately 6 days and then again midmonth for just one day. Maybe you can use any saved harvest helper coupons until you are ready to purchase it again.

    Yes, please, I'd like to understand why my attempts to purchase the harvester as normal failed. If it was something I did wrong I'd like to know so that I don't end up in this same situation again. If it was a system error then BP should assist in making it right.

    Do you know when the sale was over yesterday? I attempted to purchase it about 6:00 am MST using the button that was present that morning. However, like I stated, when the game took me to the purchase options it did not give me the choice to purchase the Harvester, only something different that was $14.99.

    I bet you're right, that the 2 hours of harvester was the log-in prize. The hours that I had left on my harvester subscription expired mid-day yesterday.

    I have not yet received a response to the message I sent over 24 hours ago. Spam folders have been checked, no reply is there.

    The subscription sale, announced here, ended on 3 May at 11:00 CEST. MST is a 8 hour difference from CEST, so the sale expired by the time you tried to purchase it. I'm sorry you missed it.

    If you clicked on the offer, and it was no longer active, that explains why you saw the subscription for the full price. Whether events or sales are starting or stopping, you need to refresh your browser to see the current content. If you log in via Standalone client, you will need to close it and then log back in to see the current content.

    Due to security reasons, I cannot post the email address you used when you sent the Support ticket. However, I can confirm that you sent the ticket at 14:28 and a reply was sent at 14:34. I will let the Support Team know you didn't receive a reply.

    That explains it, then - my computer was lagging a bit and I needed to do a refresh. Thank you for your help in understanding!

    I did get the resend from the support team, I appreciate you letting them know I never received the first message.

    Well, the next month is going to be a long one I guess. I'll be on the lookout for the mid-month sale, thank you for the suggestion.
