just make the event like this longer so it can be achieved without toothache and losing sleep
it's on an event field so it could easily go on for a while without disrupting anything else.

 

It would surely be appreciated by players if the event was extended. As jäniksenpeläti mentions, it's on the event field and wouldn't interfere with other planned events.

It took me several days to even begin to understand strategy, then there was Mother's Day over the weekend, so a day lost, and today I had an outside appointment and lost opportunity to play. For those who work, I can't imagine how they would find enough time to complete the event. I also choose not to pay to play, so that option is out.

I do enjoy the mini game, but all the rest - milling the right items and the different harvest times don't add anything but frustration to the event. For my style of playing, and where I am atm, I prefer event field for events; so this was a plus for me.

Update - with 2hrs remaining: I was able to get the CR - pure luck as I harvested one more super pig for a total of 5 to use, then the rest was crops/pixel fruit/comic books. No pixel hearts as I need about 30 minutes more after event ends to harvest. Sorry for others who missed it for all reasons mentioned.

 

I did not get the cloudrow so this ended up being very frustrating and feels like a waste of time. The timings of the thingamajigs did not work well with my sleeping schedule

At least I got the piccolo box so hope it will be something good that makes it worth while

I didn't get as far but I see that one of the later levels gives you panda coins that let you buy upgrades that say that this item will disappear when the game ends...
?? what is the point of buying disappearing upgrades, after you've completed it, that would have been useful in the beginning of the event?

if this is something that will cross over it means that if you weren't able to complete the game and buy the upgrades this time, then it will be even more impossible the next time?

 

I agree with everyone else, this was much too complicated.
The FAQ tells you what you're able to do for an event, but not what you should do. With most events it's pretty easy to work out what you should be aiming for - do you do part of the event early, to get a bonus to the rest of the event? Do you hang on to a particular resource until something changes? - but this event just had so many moving parts I found it impossible to work out what I ought to be doing at any point. That meant I didn't really want to play the event.

 

I did not like this event. I like simple events, but this was not simple one. These event area events require too much dedication. On top of that, this was confusing and complicated event. Too much hanging pieces. I do not understand purpose of panda coins, while you cannot buy upgrades for all of same type of things and you end up having everything in different pace, so boosts do not effect them all during short time window they are working. Not enjoyable event at all.

 

Big thumbs down for this event. What happened to the fun in the game?
