Missing refinements

    Hello, I am missing all the refinements I have kept for my yellow roses. I did not activate them, but I have kept them. Today they are showing up as not having been kept. I'm not sure which ones I had but I know I had 5 or 6 of them. I did not have the wooden mallet one yet as that is what I'm still working toward. Can this be looked into? Thank you.

    Hello gardengal,

    Any refinements you have won are saved. You cannot see them until you want to add one to your refinement slot.
    When you have an available slot and choose to add one, you will see the green tick marks on the refinements you have, as shown on the example below:

    Usually where I see them, they weren't there ~ but my game has been glitching a lot lately. I see them today.
