    Requires to be fed: 1 Horse feed (1 x Apple, 3 x Carrots) + 2 Horses
    Milling Time: 6 minutes
    Gives: 3 Riding Lessons + 1050 EP + 9 Manure

    Buildable in the City workshop
    Requirements: 3825 x Nails, 1350 x Wood boards, 86 x Hammers, 3 x Picasso Horses, 1 x Neon Light Bulb
    Upgrades buildable from level 43    ​

    You can win the Neon Light Bulb from special Events and Quests only!​
