Winter Farm Magic Stalk Pack

I bought the Winter Farm Magic Stalk Pack today [Tues] which inc the givers.
I`ve received the e-mail receipt and message on game.
The stalk and images for 5 givers has loaded on cloud with four of the givers in my inventry but there is no sign of fifth and last giver and no indication of what it is.
As such the stalk is incomplete so can`t claim rewards
Please help and advise

The cloud row requires the 3 items as shown, plus any 1x1 and any 1x2 givers to complete the row.

You have been successfully booked all 3 givers needed for the cloud row. You have placed the 1x1 Ice Fishing in the first position and it needs to be placed on the 2nd cloud as shown above. The 2x2 giver Sheep on Ice is in your inventory. You can then place any giver you wish on the empty clouds (first and last) and then you will be able to collect the rewards.

1x Snowman Charge Giver Item
1x Sheep on Ice Giver Item
Farm on Ice Magic Stalk Row – Every 22 hours, receive 300 EP and TEP multiplied by your level, 1x Super-grow, and 1x Suzy’s Super-grow!

When you say that there's no sign of fifth giver and no indication of what it is, do you mean that it's empty? If so, this probably means that you can place any giver of the size on it to claim the cloud row.

In the giver shop you can buy water tank (1x1), golf (1x2) for 500 000CCs, or Inactive Small Volcano (2x2)
