missing tinctures

I am missing the tinctures for the Treasures of the Past event that are needed to mill the event seeds. (I was unable to be online when the Treasures of the Past event started which may have something to do with it) I have tried reloading my game multiple times, a few days in a row now, with no luck. Is there a way to get them, or do I just sit out for this event?

(this was my first post, hopefully I did this correctly)

You have a key and you must use it open one of the swirls to get tincture.

 

The game should have booked an Ancient Key in your inventory. You have to use it to open a path of your choice (either tile #5, #8 or #11):



You'll get a set of tinctures to work on that specific path by milling your starting seeds with the Flower Bulbs the event books every 5h if you have used them already. At the end of the path, you'll get another Ancient Key that you can use to open a second path and repeat to clear the third path.
